This is an off-grid glamping cabin. The parking area is just down the hill from the cabin. It's a short walk up to the cabin, you will need to across the foot bridge over the creek and up a few steps to the cabin. The terrain on the property could be muddy or loose at times. Always watch your footing. There is no running water, but there is an 8-gallon jug over the sink for drinking and washing. Extra water available for longer stays. Composting toilet outhouse behind the cabin. Compost toilet bucket is cleaned out after every guest. Propane hot water shower is only available in the warmer months (usually April through October). The cabin is powered by a small solar panel setup. Please do not plug in any personal devices. They could damage the electrical system or overwork it. USB charging dock for phones, laptops, etc. Good cell service with most providers. Basic LED lighting. Direct vent propane heater. Full size memory foam mattress with plenty of warm blankets. There is a two-burner propane cooktop and mini fridge. Bowls, plates, cups and silverware for two guests. Basic food prep items are also available. We have a private swimming area on our property which is just a short hike from the developed campsites (Please ask the camphost for directions).
There are miles of county maintained bumpy dirt roads leading to the site. Expect your vehicle to get dusty. There is a creek crossing that is required to reach the campsites. We recommend high clearance and/or 4WD or AWD vehicles. If you are unable to cross the creek, you will need to park in the parking area and walk across the creek to reach your site.

We have 40 acres of woods, tiny waterfalls, hiking, stargazing, bird watching, and sunset watching for the campers who like primitive camping. The space
We have 5 beautiful and comfortable log cabins nestled on over 700 acres of secluded private property in the Ozark mountains. The cabins are within walking distance from one another if you are interested in renting multiple cabins for a family reunion or such, but not visible from each other to allow for privacy from other guests. The only sounds you'll hear are the wind in the trees and the occasional critter come to spy on our guests!
With identical floor plans, each cabin sleeps 4-6 and has a carpeted upstairs loft area with bathroom, closet, a queen bed and two twin beds. The bathroom is equipped with a single sink, toilet, shelves, mirror, and shower.
The open downstairs living area features wood floors and a fully equipped kitchen with full-size refrigerator/freezer, oven with cooktop, microwave, coffee pot, and dishes, and a sitting area with a pull-out sleeper sofa (either full or queen) or twin bed in the back room. Each cabin also has both a front and back porch with charcoal grill and furniture for enjoying the outdoors. Please bring your own drinking water as the well water has sulphur in it.
Each cabin is equipped with a propane heater and wood stove, and we're happy to get the fire started for you if you need a bit of help. During the summer, the cabins stay cool in the shade of the woods with a window AC unit and ceiling fans.
We do not have WIFI. We do have televisions and DVD players available for watching movies. Activities on the ranch include hiking, fishing, or heading down to the barn for a trail ride (please inquire about rates and availability), and we are conveniently located about 30 - 45 minutes away from historic downtown Eureka Springs, the Buffalo National River, Table Rock Lake, or shopping, shows, amusement parks and dining in Branson, Missouri.

Rumor has it he built the original house and the barn which was become known to locals as a land mark “The Big Red Barn."

Get cozy in this rustic space. With a woodburning hot tub, this is a perfect spot to rest and recover after a day of hiking, canoeing, climbing. Kitchen, shower, composting toilet, deck, comfy linens and firepits bring you back to yourself! This tiny home is on 4 acres that is close to town but secluded by woods and nature.
The house utilizes a composting toilet and greywater systems, emphasizing sustainability. We designed this as a place to unplug, so don't have WiFi, a microwave or a TV.
The water is set to HOT, and we have it set there because the hot water heater is a travel trailer size, so it only puts out a small amount of hot water. Please don't burn your hands washing them!
Also feel free to turn it down if you need to, it is right under the kitchen sink.
We recommend expecting a quick shower or turning the water off and on to soak your hair if you need to wash it and then lathering up.
If the house is smelling bad in the bathroom, that is not normal and we will come and fix it.

Always watch your footing. There is no running water, but there is an 8-gallon jug over the sink for drinking and washing. Extra water available for longer stays. Composting toilet outhouse behind the cabin. Compost toilet bucket is cleaned out after every guest. Propane hot water shower is only available in the warmer months (usually April through October). The cabin is powered by a small solar panel setup. Please do not plug in any personal devices. They could damage the electrical system or overwork it. USB charging dock for phones, laptops, etc. Good cell service with most providers. Basic LED lighting. Direct vent propane heater. Full size memory foam mattress with plenty of warm blankets. The space
We have 5 beautiful and comfortable log cabins nestled on over 700 acres of secluded private property in the Ozark mountains. The cabins are within walking distance from one another if you are interested in renting multiple cabins for a family reunion or such, but not visible from each other to allow for privacy from other guests. The only sounds you'll hear are the wind in the trees and the occasional critter come to spy on our guests!
With identical floor plans, each cabin sleeps 4-6 and has a carpeted upstairs loft area with bathroom, closet, a queen bed and two twin beds. The bathroom is equipped with a single sink, toilet, shelves, mirror, and shower.
The open downstairs living area features wood floors and a fully equipped kitchen with full-size refrigerator/freezer, oven with cooktop, microwave, coffee pot, and dishes, and a sitting area with a pull-out sleeper sofa (either full or queen) or twin bed in the back room. Each cabin also has both a front and back porch with charcoal grill and furniture for enjoying the outdoors. Please bring your own drinking water as the well water has sulphur in it.
Each cabin is equipped with a propane heater and wood stove, and we're happy to get the fire started for you if you need a bit of help. During the summer, the cabins stay cool in the shade of the woods with a window AC unit and ceiling fans.
We do not have WIFI. We do have televisions and DVD players available for watching movies. Activities on the ranch include hiking, fishing, or heading down to the barn for a trail ride (please inquire about rates and availability), and we are conveniently located about 30 - 45 minutes away from historic downtown Eureka Springs, the Buffalo National River, Table Rock Lake, or shopping, shows, amusement parks and dining in Branson, Missouri.

Above Lake: 15 minutes down, 40 minutes up. Quiet & Peaceful. Only 15 minutes to Branson strip! 4 mins to Top of the Rock, (east)! 10 minutes to Dogwood Canyon (west)!

Hundreds of acres of pine & oak, and rock-cliff walls to explore, starting at our 2 Cabins (300 feet apart) and continuing down to Table Rock Lake! Our 20 acres also care for the elderly, disabled, and Veterans above cabins closer to the entrance & highway access. Your vacation dollars help us find affordable mobile homes for these families.
Other things to note
15 minutes to Branson shows: From Pine Ridge Log Cabins, take Beautiful Hwy 86 to Hwy 65 and go north to the grocery in Hollister, and on into Branson.
Pet Fee is $85 for up to 3 small dogs or 1 big dog.

Group trip
We visited this glamping property as a group of five families and had an amazing experience. The tents were spacious, well-maintained, and spotless. We loved the overall setup, especially the cozy firepit area and the wide-open space where the kids could run around and play safely.
The toilets and showers were exceptionally clean and thoughtfully arranged. The owners were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and communicated everything clearly, making us feel right at home.
Every one of us truly enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this place and would absolutely love to come back. Thank you for a wonderful getaway!

We had such a wonderful stay at this secluded cabin in Jasper, Arkansas. The privacy and the hot tub were absolutely the highlights — exactly what we were hoping for. I have an overreactive dog, so I was a little nervous at first when we noticed a couple of free‑range dogs around the property. They checked us out briefly and then went on their way. A Husky stopped by twice a day just to say hello before wandering back home.
There’s also a lovely little creek on the property, perfect for sitting beside and listening to the water. Both of my dogs adored it — they were in heaven the entire trip.
Kara, the owner, was incredibly helpful and attentive to anything we needed. Her kindness made the stay even better. We will definitely be back!

We chose the glamping option which I would recommend. When we arrived, our tent was fully set up with a double high queen mattress, cooking and eating utensils, paper towels, toilet paper, and bottled water. Since the weekend was suppose to be cold, there were tons of blankets and even a propane powered heater provided. The site we were at needed a little more tender, loving care as it was a fresh, new site, but was in a beautiful spot overlooking a lovely, blue swimming hole. The sounds of the river/creek and our crackling fire were magical. Due to unforseen circumstances, (and unexpectedly frigid weather that we were not completely prepared for) we had to cut our trip short, but Sam and Michelle were completely understanding. We love visiting Arkansas and the property was beautiful, especially with the fall leaves in full color. I would definitely recommend this spot and would come back in the future.
Also, the directions were clear and easy to follow and any questions or concerns were promptly addressed.

This was an oasis of beauty and healing. I was a solo female camper. Mizzy was a great host and I could see her working to maintain the camp to its beauty. I felt very safe. The hippy van was great. The bathroom was clean and I enjoyed all the special nature decor around the camp. Perfect views. Great fire pits. Loved the drive up the gravel road and back it’s breathtaking. Mizzy is there for you if you need her. Will be back. Thank you for letting me heal my heart and nervous system here this weekend! Peak fall leaves! My beagle Liberty enjoyed it too?

This cabin and location are perfection. The amount of well-honed craft that went into building the cabin and its outbuildings like the shower and outhouse are stunning, but so, too, the thought that went into making a comfortable space for guests. The mini-fridge and the large amount of water in the kitchen were so welcome. The meandering trails made my dogs so happy as we walked them several times a day. Even the light fixtures are worth gazing upon. I left here rested and restored.

2 nights at Catkins Creek
Wonderful peaceful secluded getaway. This cozy cabin was just what was needed. The kitchen had the necessary items for stove top meals. The bed and linens where comfortable for a good nights sleep. A well kept outhouse. And a nice porch to sit in nature or if rain or cold a big window so you can sit inside and not feel too removed from the outdoors.

Weekend Trip to Enchanted Ozark Fairytale Camp
It was an enchanted experience, for sure. We stayed in the Container Home and it was absolutely perfect. It was nestled away from the other sites with its very own view of the magical tree line. Mizzy is the host with the most. Her presence and energy matched the peaceful vibes of the environment and she made sure we had everything we could need. Her land was absolutely beautiful, with just a short walk to the creek. The road to the campsite was a bit rugged, but small vehicles seemed to make their way to this hideaway as well as 4x4s. Definitely will visit again.

We loved the tiny off-grid house on this gorgeous property. It had everything we needed to enjoy a weekend getaway including a cozy bed, kitchen basics, and outdoor fire pit with chairs. We also enjoyed exploring the land and creek close by. Rob showed us around upon arriving. He was friendly and made us feel quite welcome.

Weekend Trip to Enchanted Ozark Fairytale Camp
Enchanted is definitely the right word to describe this hidden treasure. My wife and I came to celebrate our anniversary and Mizzy had everything set up for us, our camper and campsite were so cute and tidy. We loved the trails on the property and on our last day we were able to leave our mark by helping Mizzy paint the hippie van!! Such a great experience, we will definitely be back!!
