We are located 1.4 miles south of Interstate 40 (Exit 193) in Hazen, Arkansas with easy access. The majority of this property is the woods, open fields, rough terrain, etc. So you will experience all Nature has to offer. Things like poison ivy, seed ticks, chiggers, ants, spiders, snakes, wildlife...Always check with the host on the app before arrival. Arriving when it gets dark will mean you will be setting up in the dark unless you have brought lanterns. If you've booked a site, the gate will be open for you, but you will be on your own. The camp host from April 27 - July 1st is on call for guests needs, but is not on site. Checkout time is by Noon. Check in is at 2:00 pm. Become immersed in a natural Ozark dreamland destination at this 366-acre Tent/ Small 4 Wheel Drive Truck/Van Campground named ‘1440 Dreamland.’ If you love outdoor adventure, this property is for you! Take advantage of the ponds, the hiking, and the 5-acre private lake, perfect for fishing and wildlife viewing. Secluded natural decks speckled throughout the forest that boasts sweeping views of the Ozark Mountains exist in Dreamland 1440. The Campground Area begins at the front of the property where you enter through the gated area of 1440 Dreamland. If you are booking the Williams Rock Area, your entrance is off of Hwy 330. There are several locations around Williams Rock to camp, open cave areas, with a 5 acre lake to tool around on if you have brought a kayak or small boat. The gates will be open to Williams Rock Area by noon of your arrival. It's primitive camping, so find your own "spot" on the property, respect the privacy of others at their "spots". First come first serve on each spot. The camp spots are not graveled, leveled, etc.. just the bare earth. The majority of this property is the woods, open fields, rough terrain, etc. So you will experience all Nature has to offer. Things like poison ivy, seed ticks, chiggers, ants, spiders, snakes, wildlife...Always check with the host on the app before arrival. Arriving when it gets dark will mean you will be setting up in the dark unless you have brought lanterns. If you've booked a site, the gate will be open for you, but you will be on your own. The camp host from April 27 - July 1st is on call for guests needs, but is not on site. Checkout time is by Noon. Check in is at 2:00 pm. If you'd like to stay another night, you must reserve another night online.

Nice little spot with good neighbors in the cabins next door. Very peaceful and quiet area near Lake Conway.
Ideal spot to take a break for a day or 2 to relax, camp out, and do some fishing. It can be a little tricky if you are pulling a RV. We've been able to get a 32-footer (pictured) but there is a particular way to maneuver in there.

Im considering going back immediately. This is the solitude and peace I’ve been driving around the country looking for (even though it’s in Jason’s backyard!) Plus it has water and electric hookups! You can really have it all! Per Jason’s recommendation, I got up early to watch the sun rise over the Arkansas river. It was perfect. You really park as close as humanly possible to the river, like it’s your RV, then a slope, then the river. I spent a day playing guitar on the steps that lead down to the water’s edge, and I think I’d do that every day if I could. Thanks for sharing heaven!

My boyfriend and I stayed the weekend in site 6 and had a great time. Camp Toasty was all to ourselves the first night. The other campers were down at the creek. It looked nice but we were unsure if our vehicle would handle it well so we stayed up top. The neighboring donkey came over to visit at the fence and stayed until I couldn't hold my arm up to pet her any more. lol. The next morning my boyfriend saw the pig and was so amazed at how big he is. The nights were quiet, the stars were clearly seen from our site and it was just all round a great stay. We had purchased 2 bundles of firewood with our site and boy did they deliver. The wood was there when we got to our site (it actually helped locate which was our site). These were chunks of wood not just those little pieces you get from the store. They were stacked and there were some already placed in our fire pit ready for us. There was even a pile of sticks for kindling waiting. The site was mostly flat so finding somewhere to set up our tent and potty house wasn't difficult while still being near the car. It really was much better than I expected.

My group accidentally booked a campsite here before they opened for the season. Rather than cancelling our booking, they opened the whole camp just for us. I traveled in a group of women and never felt unsafe. Tommy was very kind and welcoming. Bathroom facilities were clean and well kept and the tent camping site was nice and spacious. Overall, we had a great experience here!

Our host, Ed, was very friendly and personable. The campsite is located right off a road, but there’s not much traffic. It’s a nice, shaded field with a fire pit. The farmers market was super convenient and we left with lots of local goods!

My husband, dog, and I only stayed here for a night but wish we could’ve stayed for longer! They’ve got a great setup right in Petit Jean and are very accommodating and friendly. The access to the farm store and bathrooms is a huge plus as well. It’s right off a road but there is hardly any traffic on it.

Very clean camping spots that are backed up to an awesome creek. You can see the mountain face with a couple of spots where you can get under it Has a nice open spot in the middle of the campground big enough to play football or frisbee. If you want good exercise,walk up the hill a few times 🤣
