Downtown Springdale is 2 miles away, and the pubs and restaurants cater to bikers. We are nestled in a sweet little area, down in the holler, known as Rocky Acres. The views from around the 143 acre property overlooking the valley are awesome! There are walking trails (Serenity Loop and The Back 40), fields and creek beds to explore. We have 5 nightly rentals in total, along with an Event Center (The Vue at Rocky Acres), and we offer on site trail rides, picnics and wine tasting (reservation required; subject to availability). You will only be 15 minutes to town, 20 minutes to the Historic District. You will be close enough for convenience and tourist activities, but far enough for peace and quiet in a beautiful surrounding when you want it!

Handmade modern rustic off grid glamping cabin. Sits down in the valley overlooking a small creek. Located between America's First National River, the Buffalo River and the most unique town in the Ozarks, Eureka Springs, AR. Just 6 miles to the Kings River. Surrounded by hiking, mountain biking, floating, fishing and hunting. Built with an emphasis on using locally milled rough sawn timber, reclaimed materials and handmade details throughout. This is an off-grid glamping cabin. The parking area is just down the hill from the cabin. It's a short walk up to the cabin, you will need to across the foot bridge over the creek and up a few steps to the cabin. The terrain on the property could be muddy or loose at times. Always watch your footing. There is no running water, but there is an 8-gallon jug over the sink for drinking and washing. Extra water available for longer stays. Composting toilet outhouse behind the cabin. Compost toilet bucket is cleaned out after every guest. Propane hot water shower is only available in the warmer months (usually April through October). The cabin is powered by a small solar panel setup. Please do not plug in any personal devices. They could damage the electrical system or overwork it. USB charging dock for phones, laptops, etc. Good cell service with most providers. Basic LED lighting. Direct vent propane heater. Full size memory foam mattress with plenty of warm blankets. There is a two-burner propane cooktop and mini fridge. Bowls, plates, cups and silverware for two guests. Basic food prep items are also available. Round 2-person dining table looking out the big picture window. The creek will be running when there is sufficient rainfall. Guests have access to the designated trails. Weekend Trip to Bigfoot County Campgrounds

Found some trees perfect for a hammock, hiked down the rock trail, made a campfire cake, had camp coffee and enjoyed the scenery. It was my kind of party. Camper was in good shape, smelled and looked clean. Having a flushable toilet, a queen size bed to sleep in, and the option to use the stove were all very convenient (especially with a 4 year old). Great place for the price, I enjoyed the atmosphere and it was peaceful and fun. Host was responsive.

Site 1 was beautiful and nicely secluded away from the other campsites. The trails were well-marked and the views were lovely with several vistas and benches to sit on along the trails. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Will definitely come back and book again, hopefully after a rain when the creeks are running!

Such a great spot! We had a group in Site 2 and there was plenty of room for multiple tents. We went in the fall so the creek was dry but I can’t wait to come back and explore more in the Spring Jill was a great host - met us when we got there to make sure we had what we needed! I hope to be back someday ski !

We got there shortly after sunset, but we were able to find the site, no problem! Usually you expect to orangutan hang off a tree and aim for a hole when camping, but they provide a luxury private bucket toilet experience, 10/10. Our only regret was not seeing the note about exploring the old logging trails before we left for a different hike. Check under the water jug! A bunch of cute mushrooms around the site too. Also a great site for bird watching!

Wonderful site! Clean, quiet, and beautiful views. We just stayed one quick night and car camped but all went well. Easy to find and close to everything Bentonville and all the mountain biking trails, especially the back 40. Bathrooms were very clean and easily accessible.

10/10 recommend, this was a great camping experience. It was off the beaten path and easy to find. Far enough from the other campsites that you couldn’t even see their lights through the woods. Very clean and thought out, trails around the camp were very well marked and easy to navigate. Will definitely be back!

This cabin and location are perfection. The amount of well-honed craft that went into building the cabin and its outbuildings like the shower and outhouse are stunning, but so, too, the thought that went into making a comfortable space for guests. The mini-fridge and the large amount of water in the kitchen were so welcome. The meandering trails made my dogs so happy as we walked them several times a day. Even the light fixtures are worth gazing upon. I left here rested and restored.

Would give 10 stars if I could. Not only is the location perfect, scenery beautiful, and very secluded, but the hosts are great. We had a flat tire and didn't realize it until the next morning. Jerry came out, aired up the tire so we could move to flat ground, and helped get the spare on. Will 1000% be coming back (for a third time haha)

And this isn’t even a pretty sunset! Just wait until you get one while you’re here.

This was my second time camping at the host’s land, and it was another great experience. The campsite has a large open area surrounded by trees, which makes it both spacious and private. The host had firewood ready, which was a thoughtful touch. It’s become one of my favorite campgrounds in Northwest Arkansas, and I’ll definitely be coming back often.
