Camp beside a private spring‑fed pond on a historic 1800s sawmill homestead overlooking the lowlands of the Little Missouri River. This land was chosen for its natural springs — still flowing today — that once powered the mill, filled the concrete water troughs, and fed the ponds below. Before I‑30 cut through the area, the gravel road leading to the property was once Highway 67, the main route through this part of the state. Travelers, timber workers, and early settlers passed right by this homestead as Arkansas grew around it.

Welcome to our newly launched 101 acre RV park in Malvern, Arkansas - a beautiful and affordable landscape to stay as we begin a new chapter on this unique 101-acre property.
This was previously the largest motocross park in Arkansas and we’ve recently taken it over with a vision to transform it into a major outdoor adventure park and event center for Hot Spring County where participants can be hosted on the grounds using our lodging.
Currently, we offer RV sites with both 30-amp and 50-amp power hookups, centralized water fill-up stations, dump stations, and clean public restrooms.

This is an amazing property! I was greeted and given a tour of where the shower/toilet bunk house is, and I had chosen #9 for my tent. It was perfect, as it was close to the bathroom and (in June) the morning was just ABSOLUTELY PERFECT, with cool temps and the tent was in shade, as the morning sun burnt off the moisture. It was so peaceful and quiet (either funny animals noises) and I had some turkeys? Gobble their way through camp. They were very curious!
I love that everyone is ON property, so any problems or questions could be taken care of.
I really really enjoyed my short stay and would 💯 love to come back again!
Fresh pressed apple juice, fresh eggs and firewood are available to purchase!
I highly recommend this place! Especially if you are looking to really unplug for a bit.

Joshua was very accommodating and friendly! We got in super late on short notice and he was responsive and greeted us with a smile when we arrived. The land is spacious and easy to access. We missed the entrance the first time we drove by, I don’t think there was a sign but it was pitch black out, so fyi the turnoff is a wide rocky gravel road off of the main road. The campsite area was clean and open with nice forested views all around. The bathrooms were super clean, well stocked, and had nice large showers. 10/10 would recommend!

Joshua was a great host, very friendly, helpful and responsive. This park is new and there is so much potential. The bathrooms were clean and the water was hot. It was peaceful and quiet. I enjoyed my stay, I would stay again if I’m ever that way.

I'm happy to say that my one night on his new property was peaceful and really quiet.
The facilities were clean.
I'm certain this site will become a favorite for many as there's a lot of space to feel not on top of each other.
I woke up and was happy to learn that I was only 40 minutes from the town, Hot Springs which was fascinating.

11/10. I loved my stay here. The hosts were amazing. Just genuine, kind people. I’m not much of a people person, but I can honestly say I enjoyed every conversation I had with them. Jen even helped me when I got a flat tire. I felt safe at all times which is huge as a solo traveler. The land itself is beautiful. Tons of animals. The sky at night is so clear and you can see all the stars. It’s only an hour drive from Hot Springs National Park which is super cool. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Experienced or new to camping, this is the place for you

Very friendly personable and best of all kind, Christian and patriots! The place is gorgeous, easy to access, great directions, but far far out to unwind and unplug from technology. They do have wifi but I'd ask early because messages may not go through easily depending on your carrier. Cool thing is satellite messaging is free with the top tier verizon plan... anywho, they have roosters and chickens and what can you expect it is a cute farm so dont miss a chance to visit this incredible place!

We spent an evening at James’ place as we were driving East. It was a great stop. The tent sites are along the back of the main house in front of the pond. One central fire pit is shared between sites. Bath house is quaint, clean and stocked with towels. You will need to park at one end and walk to your site. Depending how you travel you may one site 1 as it’s the closest to parking!
