Tent camping right next to emus, where I’ll recommend! Enjoyed a two day stay here. People were quiet and kind, spaces are all nicely dispersed, and the location was great for us to avoid the hustle and bustle but enjoy a weekend exploring all around Phoenix.
If you can, recommend bringing your own campfire ring. Not all spots have fire pits.
Water spigots all over the campground, and that was great as well!

We reserved for 2 nights and ended up staying for 6. This was a great place for a reasonable price with full hookups. The site manager met us as we drove in and advised us which sites to select from.
This was a great place to stay while exploring the areas south of Phoenix.

I have had the best time here for a month long stay - the space has shade and cement platforms, firepits, water and electric. The groundskeeper is super responsive and upkeeps the property perfectly! Office/Shop w plenty of goodies. And spacious laundry room! Clean bathrooms w spacious showers. Gorgeous sunsets and charming chicken coop w emus. Excellent spot! Not much privacy for tenting - lots of vehicles driving past at all times lol but that is just a sign of a healthy RV camping resort! Thank you!!!!!

I happened to be the first person to stay here. And what can I say this place is incredible! The 360 mountain views, the sunrise and sunset, the quiet it's perfect. It's a lot like staying on BLM land but private. During my stay at the end of March the weather was PERFECT. The property is basically connected to about 50+ miles of trails around Sawtooth Mountain. Welcome to 4x4 trucks, side by sides, four wheelers and dirt bikes. Just make sure to pay for AZ state fee because you will ride across state land and BLM land alike.
The hosts here went WAY OUT of their way to make me feel very welcome. They brought me a goodie bag on arrival with water, fruit, and cookies. They cooked pizza one night and invited me over for communion. This was a very memorable spot for me! I'll be telling my friends and family about this spot for years!
Talking with the hosts they have many plans for the property. So I'd expect that by the time you book your stay, there will be some upgrades and new features to the property. As of right now there are no bathrooms or showers, but there is running water! So just plan accordingly and get ready for a great time!
