Site#1 has Full Hook Up - Running water, sewage RV Hookup of 30amp and 50amp electricity, for $45. Site#2 and Site#3 are side by side. They have running water and priced at $25. each. These two Sites are better for tents or a small trailer. A personal generator may be used but only during certain hours. These are lovely spots with shade trees, so pretty. There are lots of mature Juniper trees and some Pine trees that provide shade on the property. Often we experience a lovely breeze. We live a mile off of 260 on a rugged dirt road. We keep the Entrance Gate locked for safety and security. We are located on 2 acres and have a garden and a green house where we grow a large variety of vegetables. We only accept trailers and fifth wheels of 21 feet or less on site #2 and #3. There is a Chicken House and a rooster and we have plenty of farm fresh eggs that are available to purchase. 0ur home is tucked away 1 mile off the 260 Hwy. on a rugged dirt road. First you will drive pass the Linden Valley Arena before reaching our property. The Arena was designed for ropers by ropers and is open from May thru September. 10-15 minute drive away is Fool Hollow lake, Show Low City Park, Safeway Grocery Store, Post Office, Library, and a variety of restaurants. Within that distance there is Boating, Fishing, Hiking, Picnic Areas, Large Dog Park, well equipped Playground area, Basketball Courts, Baseball fields, Sand Volley Ball, Tennis Courts, Racquet Ball Court, Horseshoe Pits, Disc Golf, Outdoor Exercise Stations, Walking Trail, Pavilions, Restrooms all the while enjoying the enormous, plentiful Ponderosa Pines. Show Low City Park Aquatic Center has 6 lane 25-yard pool with an adjoining leisure pool featuring zero-depth entry, Spray Fountain, Water Slide, Indoor Spa. Show Low was named by the turn of a Card. A ranch of nearly 100,000 acres jointly owned by Marion Clark and Croydon Cooley a U.S. army scout. According to legend, sometime around 1876, the partners decided that there was not enough room for both of them and one of them should leave. They decided to settle this issue over a game of "Seven Up" (with the winner taking the ranch and the loser leaving.) After the game seemed to have no winner in sight the game reached it's climax when Clark said, "If you can show low, you win." At this point Cooley turned up the deuce of clubs, and declared "Show Low" it is! Show Low is a city in Navajo County, Arizona among the lush green ponderosa pine forestland and along Arizona's Mogollon Rim at an elevation of 6,345 feet. Weekend Trip to Lancelot desert camping

Nani was a remarkable host. Her land is quiet, clean and very pretty. She took the time to drive and meet us and escorted us to her campground. Each spot has a fire pit, picnic table and pad for tents. A really cute outhouse is in between the sites. She has built everything herself, which is quite impressive. She's a carpenter. I do want to note that it is a 9.5 mile drive down a non paved road. It is very ruddy and washboard. We've been boondocking for 7 years and have been on some challenging roads. But, if you are somewhat inexperienced or have a vehicle that isn't equipped for it, you should be aware before attempting. However, it was definitely worth the stay. Beautiful property, very kind hostess and super quiet.

I loved parking my little trailer on Kevin's property in Strawberry, AZ. The views around his ranch are beautiful. It's very quiet as well. Kevin was very responsive, and the place was easy to find. It was so nice to have access to a bathroom/toilet/shower on his property, as well as a little fridge. His fee was very reasonable. Access to his gym/weights/machines was an added bonus. What a great find! I highly recommend!

Love, love this experience! First time camping with my two donkeys! Sara is awesome and so very helpful! My granddaughters were able to just wander the property safely, sometimes riding and others hiking. The setup is perfect and easy with the corral right in camp. Nani is just an incredible person all around, we absolutely loved meeting her and chatting. My wife and I cherished our stay at Lancelot, you can tell that Nani’s heart and soul went into setting up and maintaining this beautiful campground. If you are looking for the perfect place to relax in seclusion while enjoying the out of this world stargazing, this is the spot to do it. We will absolutely be back.

Richard and his lovely wife were the most wonderful hosts. The site was clean. Instructions were clear. Electric, water, and sewer hookup were all fabulous. The RV site has a gentle slope but my levelers fixed that up no problem. We also had the treat of garden fresh lettuce for our tacos and burgers from these generous hosts! I loved visiting the chickens, goats, and rabbits everyday. Walking the dogs at night was a special treat because it is so dark and quiet in their neighborhood. We could see the milky way! I have another trip to the area in a month and will definitely be looking at this site. My only regret is not having enough time to chat more with Richard and his sweet wife. Hopefully next time!

My husband and I and our 3 dogs spent 2 nights on Kevin's land in Strawberry. The area is peaceful and very quiet and his 5 acres are private and beautiful. The property is easy to find. Kevin is great to work with and answered all my questions very quickly. He even invited me to pick some of his beautiful roses to make our trailer smell like a rose garden. Having a "real shower" to use was a nice touch after doing a workout in his gym. We intend to return for another visit. Thanks Kevin!!

What a beautiful property! Everything about our trip was easy and convenient. Kevin was there to welcome us in and easy to contact if we need anything. The bathroom was clean and close by.

Weekend Trip to Cactus Flats Oasis

My son and I stopped camp here on a road trip cute place friendly host very cute dogs and cats running around. Pretty close to the host home but they seem welcoming and they try to give you privacy. I feel like this is a good camp spot for two people, but anymore might start to feel crowded.

Sara was such a gracious host! Communication with her was exceptional. The property and campsite exceeded our expectations. We stayed at the Juniper Berry Campsite with E/W in our 35’ fifth wheel. Easy pull-in site that was positioned on a circular drive which made it easy to park and easy to exit. Our cats loved exploring the property and became curious friends with Hamish (Scottish Highland bull) and his companion, Little Fergie. Thank you very much Sara for sharing your property with us!
