Our property is just one street off the 87 highway. Walkable to so many things in town. Very easy access to all of Payson and the freeways to take you hiking, fishing, or to water. We have one RV slot with clean out, water access, and a 30 apm hook up. (This is not an acer property that was the smallest amount I could put in the system.) Come enjoy Payson and the fun adventures surrounding it.

    The grass was very overgrown and there was large piles of dog poop. It’s across from a tire warehouse. The neighborhood was definitely not the best !!!

    Great little place to stay. It’s within walking distance to many eateries. It’s 3 miles from the Walmart. The owner is very kind to and considerate. She was always quick to respond to my text messages. Over all a wonderful experience, I would stay again no doubt. Thank you for making my stay a great experience 😉

    Great place with all the necessities. In a quiet neighborhood with easy walking to restaurants and shopping. Keisa is very responsive and nice. I recommend this great place.
