Guest quarter on 3 acres opening to a deck with a creek in the backyard surrounded by mountains and nature! Enjoy the sound of the creek while gazing the sycamore trees and mountain views. Huge deck to BBQ and relax outside, sit around the fire pit, swing on the tire, hike around the property and beyond or go down to the creek to swim, fish or relax.
The accommodation is a guest quarter attached to the main house with your own personal private space. Double bed in the bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa. Sleeps 4. Private full bathroom, kitchenette with sink, small refrigerator, convection toaster oven, microwave and a kcup coffee maker. Space is best suited for experienced travelers,budget travelers,hikers,mountain bikers, nature lovers & creative types.
It’s not optimal for those used to high end lodging.
I might be open to hosting a very well behaved quiet pet.Message me to tell me more about your trip and pet and we’ll decide together if it might be a fit. No barking is key and there would be an additional fee.

There is no oven. It is not a place to cook.

The Nest does not have WiFi, but you can use your data.There is WiFi at Starbucks a couple blocks away. Sedona Public Library also has free wifi, a great outdoor space to work and also even Zoom private booths, all free.
IF I am home and have my hotspot on I can give you the pass code but access to this is not guaranteed.

The Property has a 50amp 30amp and a 110 outlet and a water spicket. You can expect a pad made of pavers and covered by a 30 X 15 Metal roof. There is a creek approx.. 1 mile from the house which is a nice to reflect on nature.

We had a great experience overall! Christine was flexible and understanding when we needed to change the dates of our stay. My daughter really enjoyed the property, especially the tire swing and hammock. It was a bit odd to us having a host on the property and around so much but Bill was helpful and friendly! Would recommend refinishing the benches and barstools on the deck as the wood was chipping in areas and could cause splinters. Some cushions on the benches would also add some more comfort but overall the deck was great for entertaining and relaxing. The inside was cozy and clean, had just the right amount of supplies for our stay. My daughter asked when we could go back before we even left, so we are looking forward to staying again sometime. Highly recommend!

4 nights at Creekside Retreat on 3 Acres!
This house is a wonderful base for exploring the Sedona area. It’s convenient to CottonWood, Camp Verde, the Village of Oak Creek, and anywhere in Sedona, which is just within a 30-minute drive away. The deck and creekside are my favorite spots—we enjoyed breakfast by the water in the mornings, and after a full day of exploring, we relaxed on the deck in the evening, cooking dinner and sipping tea or coffee. It felt so peaceful and cozy. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the property has BBQ grills both in the yard and on the deck, along with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The host also provides plenty of privacy, making the place feel like your own. If I return to Sedona, I would absolutely stay here again.
