This Clam Gulch 5.5 acre property offers Bluff tent camping in two locations: Campsite 1 The Meadows, a very large meadow overlooking Cook Inlet and Campsite 3 The Sweet Spot, a secluded meadow with an unbelieveable view of Cook Inlet and Mount Redoubt . Wake up and watch the surf roll in from 200' up. The only thing you will hear is birds and surf.
The Site 1 The Meadows, is a very large meadow which is kept mowed. It is accessed by foot on a loop trail from the parking area (the Moose Trail) or from parking near the Pink Shed. It is close to the outdoor table and gazebo allowed for guest use. This site can accomodate three tents.
Site 3 The Sweet Spot is the newest campsite. It is also accessed by the Moose Trail, and has an unbelievable view of Cook Inlet and Mount Redoubt. Have coffee and watch the sun rise. It is about 100 yards from the parking area
Trails to the meadows are maintained and marked. Campers may use the gazebo, picnic table, swing, charcoal barbecue, and the granite table located on the Bluff near the Owner's cabin, next to the gazebo.
Vehicles must park in designated campsite parking areas, and campers take the short walk to Site 1 or Site 3 camping meadows.
There is a Porta-Potty Near the Bluff Cabin. There is also a first aid kit. Campers please bring your own water. We recommend 8 gallons for two days. Closest potable free water for refills is Rocky's in Kasilof.

This is approximately 3.5 hours from Anchorage. Clam Gulch Beach is 4 miles, Deep Creek Beach and Ninilchik Beach is 14 miles. Anchor Point and Homer are less than an hour's drive.

Seaside Farm is a 30 acre, magical, park like farm on the shores of Kachemak Bay, just outside of Homer, a few miles down from the Kilcher Homestead where I grew up in the 1940's! . Now a song bird sanctuary, with trails, lawns, gardens, trees, hay fields, and a private beach, cabins, a clover camping meadow, Seaside was once part of an original Alaska pioneer homestead.
It is also the home of hundreds of songbirds, moose, coyotes, wild hares, flocks of sandhill cranes, two sweet Morgan Horses, an assortment of chickens and visitors seeking peace, nature, wildlife, pristine beaches, in a real Alaska, non touristy setting.

If you prefer camping away from the tourist crowds, you will find our soft clover meadows and well kept lawns, a deluxe and memorable experience. The beach is a short walk down the trail, where its peaceful and private, with only the sound of the seagulls and waves. Van campers have a few special areas to park their vehicles, with views of the glaciers and mountains. There is limited parking and turnaround space, and we like our farm not too crowded, to provide a special rural experience to all who visit. It helps to call or text before you arrive to make sure we are on site and can help you with parking!
There are three cabins sprinkled throughout the property. Two are off grid, close to the beach, private and magical, with wood stoves. All cabins are able to use the main farm lodge amenities, just a few minutes walk away but have their own outhouses, all with amazing views!
You can walk on the beach from the main lodge parking area, there is a covered camping pavilion available to all guests, a communal campfire spot and bbq grill, lovely maintained walking trails and meadows, and even wifi!
We allow most dogs, but ask you to contact us before booking with us, so we can let you know our rules before you travel. All dogs must be well behaved, social, on leashes and at owner's side at all times to protect our trusting wildlife from accidental harm, like our baby pheasants, moose, bunnies, and songbird nests!

Twin Rivers Wilderness is a 520 acre private wilderness, unique in being a private inholding of the Fritz Creek/Anchor River Critical Habitat Area. It is an extremely private and remote feeling wilderness, in spite of being only 8 miles as the crow flies from downtown Homer, about 30 minutes away via a beautiful scenic drive. AWD/4 wheel drive is recommended especially when rainy as we have a 3.3 mile dirt road for access, no RV's please.
We have miles and miles of trails, both human and game trails, with extensive moose habitat as well as bear, lynx, porcupine, birds, and others.
The communal areas are still in development as of June 2026, so we have some construction activities near the basecamp yurt and at some of the unique polycarbonate clear domes. Consequently, we are opening only to those adventurous travelers willing to brave camping, who don't require fancy lodging. We have limited infrastructure at the moment, but do have water, power, and wifi near our runway hanger camping area suitable for tent and car camping.
The property itself is situated on the toe of a ridge above the confluence of the Anchor River and Twitter Creek. Beyond the rivers we are surrounded by thousands of acres of pristine undeveloped public wilderness. We have spectacular views of the volcanoes across Cook Inlet to the west and of the Kenai Mountains across Kachemak Bay to the south. Our nearest neighbors are miles away. We have wetlands and meadows and forests, as well as steep valleys and streams and creeks.
In addition to the miles of trails, we offer guided hiking and guided ebike tours, and unique adventure packrafting day trips on the Anchor River. At our sister site off property we also offer ATV tours of the nearby countryside.

What a lovely property! We got lucky and got there on a day with nice weather. The grounds are nicely maintained with access to the beach. The camping meadow also has a beautiful view of Katchemak bay. They also have a community kitchen which offers stove, table, and sink with drinking water. We stayed with our camper van & parked next to the community pavilion, though not as picturesque it was level & the property was quiet at night. We recommend the property to tent campers who loves rustic/minimalist vibes & beautiful views as well as campers with 4x4 since they can park further into the farm.

I have a rooftop iKamper 3.0 & loved being secluded next to Eveline State Park! Theres no bathroom but the vault toilet was a 4 min stroll. Could probably get there in 2-3min if you were walking briskly. No different from being at a campground with 1 toilet. The privacy & seclusion are worth it! By late July alllllll the fireweed will be blossoming around the site!

This was a beautiful farm stay which completely exceeded my expectations. I stayed with my two pups in my van camper across from the horses and barn. The views and walk to the private beach were the best. I’d happily return to this spot in the future. I know other people were staying on the property in various cabins and camp spots but we hardly saw anyone while we were there (minus our host - mossy meeting us on arrival). A total local gem on a well kept property.
