Camping On The Farm! This is a living quarters horse trailer that we use to travel with our horses. It is a small space! Set on a working farm 5 miles down a red dirt road, the camper offers beautiful views of the Farm and wonderful interaction with nature and the farm animals. The Farm offers the peace and quiet of country life while being just a short distance from the OWA Amusement Park, fine dining, great malls, an outlet center, and the beautiful Gulf beaches.

There is a queen size bed in the upper area, a kitchenette with an undercounter refrigerator, a microwave, a two burner gas cooktop, and an outdoor grill. The bathroom has a toilet and a 24" x 30" stand up shower. The kitchen sink is also the bathroom sink. There is a small 3 gallon water heater which will provide about 5 minutes of hot water, meaning you have 5 minutes to shower. We provide a coffee maker (French press), ground coffee, fresh eggs from our chickens, and a loaf of fresh bread (for your consumption or to feed the animals). We do not provide a cooked breakfast. There is no TV or radio. The Camper is nestled 17 miles from Town, so you may want to shop on your way here. The Eastern Shore Center is located at Exit 38, where you can find great shopping, many restaurants, and a Publix grocery store. We try to keep various essential items in the pantry and there is a stocked kitchen (pots, pans, plates, glasses, flatware). TV, landline telephone, and internet are not available. You should have good cell phone service, Verizon and AT&T 4G , outside. Check-in is any time after 3pm and Check-out is 10am.

There is a queen size bed in the upper area, a kitchenette with an undercounter refrigerator, a microwave, a two burner gas cooktop, and an outdoor grill. The bathroom has a toilet and a 24" x 30" stand up shower. The kitchen sink is also the bathroom sink. There is a small 3 gallon water heater which will provide about 5 minutes of hot water, meaning you have 5 minutes to shower. We provide a coffee maker (French press), ground coffee, fresh eggs from our chickens, and a loaf of fresh bread (for your consumption or to feed the animals). We do not provide a cooked breakfast. There is no TV or radio. The Camper is nestled 17 miles from Town, so you may want to shop on your way here. The Eastern Shore Center is located at Exit 38, where you can find great shopping, many restaurants, and a Publix grocery store. We try to keep various essential items in the pantry and there is a stocked kitchen (pots, pans, plates, glasses, flatware). TV, landline telephone, and internet are not available. You should have good cell phone service, Verizon and AT&T 4G , outside. Check-in is any time after 3pm and Check-out is 10am.

I had the most incredible experience here on Austin and Wanda’s Christmas tree farm! I stayed on Christmas and they were so kind as to share leftover Christmas food with me. Thank goodness bc everything was closed. Their dog Moscato got along with my dog perfectly and tired him out playing after a long drive. They offered to put him up before I got there but I was happy to have the dogs play. They went far above and beyond my expectations and the site was nice and private. There was an outlet to charge my phone and a spot for a fire and wood although I didn’t build a fire. 10/10 would recommend. I’m glad I chose this spot. They were such a sweet, kind, and generous couple.

Igor and April's property is absolutely gorgeous, well thought out, and a magical place to spend any amount of time. We had an amazing time kayaking on the creek, cooking in the outdoor kitchen and just enjoying our time on their magical property. This place was amazing! All the little details that you see in everything they have built there, by hand! My favorite part was the smell of fresh wood in the yurt. And the bathroom, was beautiful. I want my bathroom at home to be that nice. I will definitely be booking another night here in the future. The host was amazing too. I cannot say enough positive things about my stay at A&W's Christmas Tree Farm. The property is gorgeous, and there is so much to explore. We were met at the cabin by the delightful Austin and Wanda (hosts), who gave us a personal ~hourish tour of the property and the cabin. They clearly have put much thought into hosting and want you to feel as comfortable and welcomed as possible.
My two large dogs loved sniffing around and stretching their legs after a long day in the car. We enjoyed our early morning walk through the fields of Christmas Trees with tranquil nature sounds all around us.
If you are looking for a one-of-a-kind stay, this is it. I will forever continue to book this Hipcamp if I'm in the area :)

We had a great time! I love being outside and setting up a hammock around the fire and be away from everything! My girlfriend needs a little more- so this was PERFECT! Beautiful set up with many extras to enjoy. Felt like we were in a hotel room! But still got to set up my hammock, cook over the fire, and feel like I was out and away from everything! They have incredible outdoor kitchen ready for if you want more than the fire. The hosts were great communicating and making sure we were set up and enjoying everything! Very friendly and welcoming! Felt comfortable the entire time. Looking to book again soon and get goat yoga scheduled:)
