Bucks Ranch is located on beautiful TN acers of farm land. We are a family friendly retreat facility and our property is an outdoor lovers dream. It is very peaceful and serene. Our community is bustling with local farmers and farmland and bordered on the west by the TN River in Clifton and to the East by Natchez trace parkway. Both the Natchez Trace and Tennessee River offer lots of activities, including nature and history, the trail of tears, nature hikes, boating and fishing. In Wayne County about 5 miles from our location is the opportunity to spend the day canoeing or kayaking down the Buffalo River. Travel 40 miles northeast and enter an Amish Community for Amish shopping and Tours. Or go straight to the East about 30 miles and visit Lawrenceburg, TN and Davy Crocket State Park. Head 40 miles west discover all the history at the battle fields of Shiloh, just outside of Savanah, TN. And if Music is your interest 45 min south of is "Shoals". Muscle Shoals and Florence Alabama have rich southern history, beautiful historical homes, music roots. No matter the interest, there are ton of things to do occupy your time.

Our stay at Silverwater Campground in Counce Tennessee was an awesome stay. A stone's throw away from Shiloh National Military Park. Covered RV sites with full hookups at a terrific price. Host very accommodating. Have family in the area. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Love this spot! I almost cried this morning while we were packing up. It was clean, spacious and very quiet. We spent out days watching the cranes and fish and waving at others while on their morning or late afternoon walk. We will absolutely 💯 be back. Lori was an awesome host! I loved this place! Gravel pad, full hookups, WiFi, beautiful firepit and on the water! It was also very quiet and our neighbors were friendly. 15-20 minutes to town, fun hanging out at Clifton marina bar and grill! We will be back! Our host was very friendly and responsive as well!

Had a great stay at Lori‘s property! Plenty of space between sites, Direct water access which was great for kayaks and floats. Easy site to back into and hook up. Was concerned about how much gravel there was and how comfortable that would be, but it is very Fine gravel it was very comfortable under our outdoor rugs. Lori was extremely responsive and was a big help when we had to reschedule due to health issues. Definitely recommend!

I didn't have a chance to completely explore Bates Farm, but what a nice spot with flush toilets, showers, laundry on site, and lots of campsites to choose from. They are really nice and accommodating, and have lots of kid friendly experiences available.
Definitely on my 'repeatable stay' list!

Very peaceful, lots of land to explore, amenities were good, as were the hosts! We would definitely return, lots of options on where to stay, further away from the bath house if you want more remote, play zone is good for younger children. We were able to play fetch with our dog which was awesome considering most places require them to be leashed at all times.
