Salt Wood Glamping at The Farm 191 is 36 acres of forest dense land situated on the top of the hill next to Arthur’s Seat National forest. Easily explore all of the Mornington Peninsulas coastline, wineries, hot springs and nature walks. The Vibe and Location : Surrounded by indigenous grass trees and native bushland, private and situated high up on the hill to capture filtered sunrises and sunsets. Easily accessed making it a perfect base to relax and also explore the Mornington Peninsula Region. 10 minute walk to Kings Falls, 10 minutes drive to McCrae beach, Arthur’s Seat and Red Hill and 25 minutes drive to the world famous Peninsula Hot Springs. Very close to lots of amazing cafes and restaurants. Check out my guide book for some local gems! Depending on your site you will have forest, bush or sea views. We offer the following camping and glamping situations - Bring your own tent or RV or Caravan sitch : Bring your own set up and do your own thing! We have an outdoor bathroom you are welcome to use with a shower and a toilet. Glamping Life : We provide a glamper for you complete with a double bed, fresh linen, table and lounging chairs. Extra single bed available on request. A hamper on arrival with snacks and continental breakfast sourced locally and bottles of fresh rainwater for drinking. When booking the glamping tent package you can also make use of the luxurious outdoor bathroom with open shower and private toilet.

Very nice spot to be. The open shower (private still of course) with the slate rock and pebbles (and no visible drain) was a really nice touch. Parking is easy as is pitching a tent on the slight lean

Lovely setting and everything was exactly as advertised, Tessa was very friendly and responsive. Plenty of space for 4-6 people. Bathroom was very nice.

Tessa and her partner were so nice and very welcoming. They even invited us to enjoy a slide which was at her place for her Son’s birthday. Location was nice and there was a spectacular view.

This is a lovely site, right on the edge of Arthur's Seat State Park. The owners Tessa and Sam were very helpful and welcoming. Would recommend.

Beautiful and clean camping grounds with excellent views. The hosts were very welcoming and I felt completely safe and relaxed camping on my own with two kids. It was amazing having a proper bathroom and being close to town / beach while still feeling tucked away in nature.

Fantastic property, great sites and location with tree cover and very friendly / accommodating hosts. Hot shower and toilet is an added bonus. If you are looking for a place to camp up on the peninsular then this is the pick.

Site was in a great location, close to waterfalls and a short drive to the Enchanted Adventure. The use of the family home's bathroom made the stay super convenient with a child. Finally, the daily visits from the family dog was a highlight for us.

Hidden gem close to everything

This was a gem of a find! 35 acres down Mornington Peninsula, so it felt connected to nature and away from the daily grind, whilst having amenities close. The property is close to Two Bays walking trail and the Pig and Whistle Tavern, so perfect for a hike and beer by the fire. Tessa and Sam were fab hosts and it was a really smooth stay. Highly recommend if you like to camp away from the crowds.

Camping on Tessa and Sam's property was a lovely experience. The hosts were super welcoming and friendly. Bonus points for the cute little dog basil who came and joined us for breakfast in the morning. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a beautiful spot to camp around the Mornington Peninsula area!
