Full hookup RV sites (and a guest house coming soon) on a small North Texas homestead farm, close enough to town to be convenient but far enough to enjoy a quiet country atmosphere. Daytime access to a full bathroom with large shower, and even laundry on site. Farm fresh eggs and veggies often available during the season. We are a homestead farm that offers campsites in your RV, NOT an RV park. We offer a peaceful place to unplug without lots of neighbors.

FULL hookup RV sites! Dark night sky and peaceful "country quiet". Safe, low traffic area. We have a large natural garden, and seasonally raise animals such as cows, chickens, and pigeons though sometimes only chickens and farm dogs. We built a new bath house with full bathroom, large shower, and laundry for guests to use during daylight hours*. (Make sure you read and follow the rules posted inside and on the door, they are strictly enforced). Strong cell phone/4G/5G signal with 3 towers next to the property. WiFi is available in and near the little red building. Guest login info is posted inside the little red building. This is a great place to camp for a few days outside the city noise, but still close enough to explore Fort Worth, Azle, Weatherford, or just relax at your site. Lots of deer, birds and other wildlife to see here. Though small children enjoy meeting the animals on the tour, there isn't much for them to do here during the day so we don't recommend extended stays with youngsters or pets unless you plan outings during the day. We built a “Campground” to share with like minded RVers, not a “Trailer Park”. Noise and clutter will not be tolerated. Being outside the city limits means sometimes hearing country noise so be prepared. Please respect the property and “leave no trace”. It is also CRITICAL you confirm that any toilet/tank treatments specifically say "Septic Safe" before hooking up to our system. This is a working farm so small children MUST stay with adults at all times and pet rules are strictly enforced!!! Please note that we allow inside pets, but they must be closely supervised on a leash and never left outside unattended. Please send me a message with some basic information before booking. We are not a regular campground and our sites are all a bit different so we need to know the size and type of RV, how many people and ages of any children. If you have pets with you then we need to know their size and breed. Most sites are setup for one RV and one tow vehicle, there is no lot or field for additional vehicles. You must arrive early enough to set up before dark. Pets MUST be supervised on a leash at all times! Please send me an ETA and we will try to greet you upon arrival.

It's a nice safe secluded spot for relaxing and watching nature, enjoying the dark night sky, and country quiet while having full hookups! Ideal for those working or visiting family nearby. Strong cell phone/4G/5G signal with 3 towers next to the property. WiFi has just been installed in/near the little red building. Guest login info is posted inside the building. We would be happy to give you a tour of the homestead after our work day is complete (during the growing season) but please don’t roam the property without an escort due to privacy and safety. Very nice FURNISHED "barndominium" (AKA guest cabin) on our family homestead near Fort Worth. Peaceful secure area outside the city limits with owners living on the property. Private yard next to wooded acres. Perfect for a couple or single. 1 bedroom with massive king-sized bed. 2 full bathrooms 2 car garage with openers - one bay large enough for a small motor home, boat, or small travel trailer. There is even 50 amp power for RV or electric vehicle charger, and water and sewer connections inside garage. (10’x10’ overhead doors, and about 38’ depth) Very nice kitchen with Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, crown molding. Built in reverse osmosis water system. WiFi from fiber gigabit internet included. Building is 40’x40’ with about half living space and half garage. Ideal for travel/work positions lasting weeks or months. (Discount available for mid-term rentals) Must pass background check prior to booking approval No pets No smoking inside, odorless vape is okay. No children. Limited to 1-2 adults Water, trash and internet included. First 250kw per week, 1000kw per month of electric included, overages billed separately
