Agar Farm is a peaceful, nature-first campsite set in open Norfolk meadows, with direct private access to the water. Camp in our Upper Meadow on comfortable, mown wild grass meadow with wide open skies, while the surrounding land is left wild for birds, insects, countryside vibes & views over Marshes & Coastline. It’s quiet, spacious, and intentionally low-key Step straight from the site onto our private pontoon on Agar Creek, linking you into a beautiful network of inland waterways. From here you can paddleboard, kayak, wild swim, or drift your way out to Blakeney and Morston Quays, the Blakeney Pit, and the famous seal colony. On foot, explore the North Norfolk coastal path,it is a long distance national trail stretching from Hunstanton in the west all the way to Cromer in the east, views include Blakeney point, spit,marshes, mudflats ,and water channels where birds and seals are often seen .we have a great bus service along the coastal road so you can walk as far and as wide as you wish.We also have great amenities on your door step, such as great pubs a walk away try The Anchor at morston ,or walk the other way on the coastal path to blakeney where you can find great streetfood, a supermarket ,willie west fish shop with prawn sandwiches to die for .i also recommend you walk to cley which is a charming village it has a cool pub called The George and a lovely bistro called the harnser , i would definitely recommend The Smoke House ,Made In Clay ,The Secondhand Book Shop , and last but not least the famous Picnic farye full of great local vegetables and artisan foods. 1. A Few Simple Site Guidelines – Agar Farm (High Meadow) Agar Farm is a peaceful, nature-first place and we want everyone to enjoy it. Please take a moment to read the guidelines below — they’re all about keeping the site special for guests, wildlife, and the land. Peace & quiet: This is a calm, laid-back site. We ask everyone to keep noise low, especially between 10pm and 8am, so all guests can enjoy quiet nights and easy mornings. Campfires: Fires are welcome in raised fire pits only. Please bring your own fire pit and fuel, keep fires supervised, and make sure they’re fully out before heading to bed. No fires directly on the ground. Care for the land: We follow a leave-no-trace approach. Please take all rubbish and recycling home with you and leave your pitch as you found it. Wildlife & wild spaces: Parts of the farm are managed for wildlife and conservation. Please respect wildflower areas, nesting birds, and any signed or fenced zones. Vehicles: One vehicle per pitch unless agreed in advance. Please drive slowly on farm tracks and keep vehicle movement to a minimum. Dogs: Friendly, well-behaved dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a lead at all times due to wildlife and livestock on the farm. Water & the creek: Guests are welcome to use the pontoon and waterways for paddling and swimming, at their own risk. Please be mindful of tides, weather conditions, and other water users. Children: Children are very welcome but should be supervised at all times, especially near water and wildlife areas. Shared facilities: Please leave shared facilities clean and tidy for the next guest. Keeping it simple: No amplified music, drones, fireworks, or anything likely to disturb others or the wildlife. We’re proud of Agar Farm and grateful for guests who help us look after it.
