We are ideally located in the picturesque Yorkshire Dales National Park, with our stunning Northcote Pods situated near Kilnsey Crag. Here, you’ll find spectacular views across Upper Wharfedale. Couples and families alike love to escape to our spacious, comfortable pods; there’s no better place for a holiday getaway.
Parking outside the pod leads to a paved patio area with a private wood fired hot tub (Pheasant Pod ONLY), seating, BBQ. Inside offers double bed and sofa bed to accommodate up to 2 children and a hanging rail for clothes. Smart TV with a Netflix account connected, wifi and bluetooth ceiling speakers. Shower room with sink, toilet, shavers socket and heated towel rail. Fully fitted kitchen with sink, fridge, microwave, 2 ring induction hob, toaster and kettle. Dining table and chairs. Secluded field near the head of a picturesque valley with far-reaching views. Perfect for bird watching, within easy reach of quiet forestry tracks which are ideal for cycling and walking. Enjoy after dark stargazing too. A quiet location but only a few miles inland from Scarborough. Four miles to the village of Ayton which has a convenience store, garage, chemist, fish and chip shop and restaurant as well as two popular pubs. The quaint village of Scalby is only a few miles away, and Dolby Forest with a variety of outdoor activities is also nearby.
Well behaved dogs are welcome. There is a fire pit available for those evenings around the camp fire, and barbecues are permitted.

Weekend Trip to Cherish Glamping
Amazing 3 nights in the yurt. So cozy and snug with the woodburner going but also lots of space with the bed, tea, coffee and breakfast bits, the table and sofa. Breakfast was delicious and the whole vibe of the place was really friendly and welcoming. Loved stargazing from the hot tub. Walked to Askrigg Waterfall one day (plus food from the lovely bakery in Askrigg village) and visited the Creamery in Hawes on another day. Beautiful part of Yorkshire!! Thanks for having us

Came away for my boyfriend’s birthday and was instantly greeted as we arrived. The pods and Hotubs were spotless throughout and even had nice little incentives within the pod. Requested additional fire wood which came within minutes. We really couldn’t recommend enough!

Great place to stay for a break! Lovely little pod, very clean and perfect for a couples break! Thank you so much for the Prosecco! Lovely little touch! Hot tub was brilliant, nice and warm and ready to go!
Defo coming back and would recommend. Great little Cafe/bar down the road, walkable distance for breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus bonus they do both Guinness and Guinness zero!

Great directions from the host to this site. Well located with beautiful views towards Malham Cove and handy that there is a farm shop with cafe on site - great breakfast baps! Spotlessly clean and well-equipped glamping pods (4) with outside picnic tables and fire pit/BBQ. Comfortable bed and sofa. All added up to an excellent, relaxing stay.

Absolutely beautiful site, friendly people around us and the onsite pub food was amazing for one of the nights we visited (pie and gammon are 100% recommend). It was a quick drive from most places we had a day in barnard castle, and this is very pretty. Our dog loved his stay too everywhere we went was dog friendly, with plenty of dog walking spaces for him to run around. Our pod for 4 was very comfortable and picnic bench outside was ideal for breakfast cereal, bring your own cups bowls cutlery and plenty to keep kids busy we took board games and quizzes and he could watch YouTube on his phone. Glad there was a mini fridge kettle (for cuppas) and microwave (for popcorn) we left alcohol outside as it was cold enough overnight. I loved bird spotting on their fields too we will definitely book for the summer time

My daughter and I just returned from a 2 night stay. The accommodation, the view, the hospitality and the lovely little extra touches made us feel so welcome and exceeded all expectations. The accommodation was clean and bright and had everything we needed and more. Emma was a superb host and nothing was too much trouble. What an absolutely perfect getaway in the quiet, watching the sunrise and the sunset with the sounds of the birds, seeing the rabbits running around. Simply cannot recommend this place enough for couples or families.

What a gorgeous stay here! Stayed in the glencroft for two nights. I was able to ask Rich lots of questions before booking. The setting is beautiful and the pod even more so.
Lovely welcome basket and all you need is provided. You just need your food, a costume for the hot tub and you’re in for a perfect stay. I slept like a log for 2 nights and the weather made it even more perfect. There is plenty to do within 1 hour of the pods and we opted for 2 days of hiking so the hot tub was a welcome relief! The under floor heating is also fantastic. The shower was a little temperamental you couldn’t get a balance between hot and cold but if that’s a stretch to find anything to improve on. I hope I’ll be back one day

Weekend Trip to Ravensdale Glamping Retreats
Me and my girlfriend stayed here for two nights and we loved it. It’s set in a private area with lovely glamorous pods.
I booked this for my girlfriend’s birthday and it did not disappoint. Access to a private hot tub, bbq and indoor speakers in the ceiling really allowed us to relax while there.
On a night we chilled in our room and had a movie night which had access to Netflix, Disney and all other platforms.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a chilled weekend, while also only being about 25 minutes from the city of York.
Thank you to the hosts for being nice and available to us if we needed and also recommending some walks to go on.
