From the moment we arrived, Jane was absolutely incredible - so kind, welcoming, and full of helpful information about the lodge and surrounding area. She’d thought of everything, leaving clear instructions for how everything worked, which made our stay effortless and relaxing. The thoughtful touches really made it special - from the freshly baked bread to the delicious shortbread cookies, everything felt homely and made with love. The setting itself was pure peace and quiet, surrounded by nothing but cows, trees, and the soft sounds of nature. Weekend Trip to Huckleberry Farm

Our getaway to Huckleberry Farm was a gift for my husband’s birthday. Everything from start to finish was really organised and fun. Met all of our expectations. Charlotte and everyone on site were really helpful and sweet. We enjoyed horse riding and seeing the guinea pigs. We stayed in the shepherd’s hut, a clean and well maintained space that felt like home for the night. All in all a wonderful experience. Completely recommend! Thank you Charlotte and everyone at Huckleberry Farm for having Ali & I. Looking back to visiting again sometime soon!

Weekend Trip to Sindles Farm Glamping and Camping

We had the most amazing overnight stay at the Shepherd’s Hut with our three young children and our dog. Laura gave us the warmest welcome - she was so friendly, helpful, and made us feel completely at home right away. The hut itself was spotless, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The kids absolutely loved exploring the surroundings, and it was such a safe, peaceful space for them to run around and enjoy the fresh air. Our dog was just as happy - plenty of room for walks and a truly pet-friendly atmosphere. Evening by the firepit under the stars was magical, and waking up to the sound of birds and stunning countryside views was the perfect escape from everyday life. Laura went above and beyond to make our stay special. We honestly didn’t want to leave!

I had the most amazing camping experience here after not camping for 10 years, and it couldn’t have been better! 🏕️ The view is absolutely stunning, and the bell tent was a great size – clean, comfortable, and really cosy. The toilets and showers are quite basic, but honestly perfect for this kind of stay. The host was super helpful with excellent communication throughout, which made everything easy and stress-free. I especially loved the firepit, and wood was available, which made the evenings extra special. 🔥✨ Overall, this place exceeded my expectations and gave me the perfect return to camping. Highly recommended!

Showed us where everything was and we saw him round the site regularly. We saw many animals from sheep to cows, to geese. It was a quiet site when we first arrived midweek.
