UPDATES FOR 2026!
Set the edge of Exmoor, we have unrivalled coastal views, direct access to the South West Coast Path and Combe Martin bay is just a little walk away (perfect for paddle-boarding and dolphin spotting!).
Choose your pitch, settle down by a fire pit and watch the sun set across Combe Martin bay. With pizza’s available on some weekends, breakfast baguettes for breakfast and a selection of farm produce available - we have everything you could need, we are campervan friendly too.
With footpaths from the farm in all directions you can join the South West Coast Path or just ramble down to the village where there are shops, cafes and pubs a plenty.
With full flushing toilets and hot showers, as well as a washing up area, there is even an old railway carriage with electric plugs to charge your phone or dry your hair, with a fridge and freezer to look after your supper too.
We are a small site focusing on that quiet get-away. There is no road noise, just the farmer going about his day job, who’s more than happy to chat about the wildlife, birds and weather!

We have friendly residents of Alpaca, sheep, a goat and peacocks and chickens that you are welcome to feed with the supplied food.
We have a local pub you can walk to across farmers fields about a 20 minute ramble. South Molton, a 3 minute drive away, has a small artisan market voted the best in the UK

This peaceful, sheltered site has a special character. The site is the ideal place to unwind with plenty of safe space, a meandering river and friendly atmosphere. It offers 4 acres with facilities, 7 acres of wilderness, shower block, level pitches, picturesque river, children’s playground and has been rated AA 4 star gold pennant.
Becky and John both love Cornwall and fell in love with the site as soon as they saw it and it provided the perfect opportunity for a new challenge.
Having only recently taken over at Willow Valley in the Summer of 2024, there are always ongoing improvements being made so make sure you keep in touch. Any returning campers will be glad to know we aren’t changing the campsite itself though. Why would we when it is already so perfect!

Weekend Trip to Yurt in the Orchard
This yurt exceeded all expectations. Thoughtfully laid out with a jacuzzi, separate kitchen in a shepherd’s hut, fire pit, covered outdoor dining area, and separate shower, everything you could need. The interior is stunning, with rich oriental colours that create such a warm, cosy atmosphere.
Waking up to the apple tree view each morning was lovely. Being in a Dark Sky Reserve meant the stargazing by the fire pit was spectacular, so peaceful and remote. Chris was a wonderful host, friendly and attentive throughout. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful little Wagon to have a stress-free get away. The river provides great refreshing spots you can drop your body into get a bit of a dip. The woodlands has great public paths. Tom, the Groundsmen was super helpful and lovely.

We had a fantastic time at Lickham Bottom camp. We stayed at ‘Oak Tree Nook.’ The camp was beautiful and so ingeniously put together. The Bell tent was really comfortable and having hot showers was so welcome. The children had an absolute blast playing badminton, trivial pursuit and jenga from the games shed, lying in the hammocks and playing on the swing. I would definitely recommend.

Our best glamping experience so far! The surroundings are beautiful and so peaceful, perfect for an escape from the city life 😌 the yurt and the hut feel impossibly cozy, all the amenities are of high standard and very well-equipped. And on top of that, we arrived to a gift of eggs from the resident chickens, apple juice from the orchard and milk from local cows - what a fabulous warm welcome! Chris was also very responsive and helpful. We had an amazing time and wish we could go back soon!

Weekend Trip to Lickham Bottom Camp
We had such a peaceful weekend at Lickham Bottom. We usually camp with our own kit but I needed some comfort while heavily pregnant. This was exactly what we hoped for! A comfy bed, our own toilet and outdoor shower with lovely hot water, all in a beautiful setting. The weather was hot so we appreciated the shade of the oaks but I think we’d still have had a lovely time in the rain under the kitchen shelter, looking out over the meadow.
So many thoughtful details like comfy camp chairs, hot water bottles, a cute shed with games and books and access to a small fridge.
Thanks Penny for setting everything up so well that we could have a properly relaxing time!

We had a wonderful stay at Crinkly cabin. The children loved feeding the animals in the morning and seeing the less than 24h old piglets. The hot tub and sauna were great. We would definitely visit again.

We had such an incredible time at Westland farm. The Shepard’s hut was perfect for a stay with two small children. It felt very private, and the gated garden area was perfect for our dog and children.
The views and sunsets were totally stunning, especially with the reservoir in the distance.
We loved the hot tub, a real treat. And our son loved seeing all the farm animals. Couldn’t recommend more!

Weekend Trip to Westland Farm
My wife and I had an amazing time. The hut is situated in a lovely farm, next to a lovely little stream so you wake up with the peaceful sound of wildlife and the trickling of the stream. The hot tub is a nice touch. A little fire in the hut keeps the place cosy and warm. Will definitely be returning.

Had an amazing time at Alison and Bear’s shepherds hut. Such a beautiful, peaceful location and a very cosy hut. Alison and Bear were very kind and helpful, guiding us to the hut when we arrived and they’d already lit the log burner and hot tub fire.

brilliant place to stay, very relaxed there but if you need anything they was there. me and my partner stayed here with our 2 daughters and our dog and it was 100% one of the best places we have been to, great veiws, great facilities. all in all will 100% be staying again and maybe try the other cabins.

Very private, lovely place so quiet, facilities were great, Chris was amazing and went ab9ve and beyond for us. Even put gazebo up over the seating area as on arrival it was raining hard. Yurt was amazing bed was really comfortable. Hot tub was an added bonus and the Bluetooth speaker was a nice touch. our dogs absolutely love the grounds. Would highly recommend. And I think we will be back again one day.
