Quiet time: Maintain quiet hours between 11pm and 7am. All music must stop by 10pm, and noise should be minimal after 11pm. Campfires: Penn Meadow Farm allows fires; please use existing scorched areas if possible rather than creating new ones. Never leave any fires unattended and ensure they are completely extinguished when finished. Wipe your feet prior to entering the Bell tents to remove any coal that may have become attached. Cars/vehicles: Cars and vehicles can be on the field but should move minimally and always under 5mph. Car stereos should not be used for music entertainment. For food, there’s a farm shop just two minutes’ walk away from the site where you’ll be able to get your hands on local produce. Pubs aren’t far away either – there is one pub five minutes' walk away, and another 15 minutes' walk away. Festival goers are very welcome, and the Creamfields Festival site is five minutes’ drive away. Please respect the quiet hours (no noise is permitted after 10pm) and environment, as the owners' home is on the grounds (and stick to the field's facilities only). No waste accepted onsite. All rubbish must be taken home at the end of your stay.

We have just come back from a campervan 2 night trip to Panpwnton Campsite. We had a lovely time, it was very quiet as we were the only ones staying…. Probably due to the weather! This meant we got a great spot right next to the river which was perfect. The facilities were good. The location was great. We did a walk straight from the site on to part of Offa Dykes path and along to the Knuclas viaduct, great views along the way. We had thought we might get the train back just for fun, but they don’t run very often (would have been a 2hr wait) so walked back instead. Site also easy walking distance to the local pub for an evening meal which was good too. Very Dark walk back that evening meant for some great star gazing:-)

From the moment we arrived, Jane was absolutely incredible - so kind, welcoming, and full of helpful information about the lodge and surrounding area. She’d thought of everything, leaving clear instructions for how everything worked, which made our stay effortless and relaxing. The thoughtful touches really made it special - from the freshly baked bread to the delicious shortbread cookies, everything felt homely and made with love. The setting itself was pure peace and quiet, surrounded by nothing but cows, trees, and the soft sounds of nature. It was the perfect place to switch off, breathe deeply, and just enjoy the calm of the countryside. We honestly didn’t want to leave - a hidden gem that we’d return to in a heartbeat!

Panpwnton Farm is a lovely campsite. Very clean toilets and wash up facilities. I didn't use the showers as I only stayed a couple of nights, however they were spacious. I will definitely be returning for a longer stay. It's a lovely walk from the campsite to Knighton, alongside the river. Trains do pass right along the side of the site but it didn't bother me or my dog. Easy access to Offa's Dyke.

The space The hut has sweeping countryside views and is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing break! Inside there is a king sized hybrid mattress bed, seating area with a fold up table for meal times or relaxing, a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils & crockery, integrated fridge with small freezer, heating with Nest controlled thermostat, induction hob, sink and draining tray. There is also a large en-suite with a rainfall shower. Luxury toiletries are provided along with towels and themed bed linen. You will also have 1 extra towel per person for use with the hot tub. Jars of tea, coffee and sugar are available in the kitchen along with a couple of milk sachets. The garden is fully enclosed with a gravel and lawned area, table & seating, large firepit/BBQ and a parasol for those sunnier days! The fire pit is set up with racks, pans and all the equipment needed to cook with! The large hot tub with lights and jets is just to the side of the seating area. The hot tub is fully undercover, making it safe to use in all weathers! There is also enough space for undercover seating. There is a manual provided in the hut which features local attractions and there is a private landscaped parking area located just at the back of the hut. There is lots to do nearby and something for every and those a little further afield, local supermarkets, cafes, pubs and restaurants. The site is also located on the Leicestershire Round walking route with at least 5 off road walks commencing within 400 yards of the site. Check in information, along with directions to the site are messaged 48 hours prior to arrival. Guest access Secure off road parking, waste bin, outdoor tap and hose, recycling bins, enclosed garden, hot tub and seating area, large fire pit and shepherds hut with en-suite. Other things to note Tip- it can get quite dark at night, therefore it is advisable to bring a torch. A full set of towels is provided, including a hot tub towel. Luxury toiletries, toilet roll, tea, coffee, sugar and milk are also provided to welcome you.
