We are a young family just starting out, we have 40 acres within walking distance to the lake with a nice little forest (currently we are working on an easy access through the trees but if you enjoy foraging this might fit perfectly!)
We are very open to helping set up activities or anything you may need. We have grown up in the area and know it very well and hope you enjoy your time!
The campsites are fairly private, but still close to all of the amenities that we offer.
We have recently added a 10 minute nature walk through the trees, this will include locations to sit and rest, as well as the ability to get some shade while soaking in all sounds and beauty of your surroundings.
Lac Ste. Anne is only a 15-minute drive from our property where you can enjoy swimming, hiking, biking, and so much more!
Please be mindful we are a farm, our animals are friendly but we ask that you respect the fences. Children are asked to stay on the cut grass unless accompanied by an adult (we have a pond and other various safety hazards).

The property is very close to the Westcountry to access quadding, fishing, hiking, swimming and much more.
We are about 10 minutes north of Rocky Mtn House, Alberta Canada.

We have a little campground setup with a large gravel area that you can park campers in. We have 2 sewer hookups and some power hookups as well 120volt 12 amp. Water on tap too so you can hook it up or fill your tank easily. There’s a covered eating area called the watering hole. A stage with a pull down screen that can be used for movies. A horseshoe pit, full size pool table trampoline and kids play set hockey net. A big dumpster for waste disposal. A large firepit. Also as an added bonus I have an outdoor tactical lasertag business and in our back field we have a course setup and ppl can play lasertag back there it’s very fun. This is more setup for rvs or tent trailers. Tents would work we just would have to lay down something for you. It’s a nice fairly quiet area that’s minutes from the Pembina and north Saskatewan river and 23 minutes to the Brazeau damn. Would make for a perfect group camping spot. Ev charging available too as we do have a Tesla charger.

The added touches to this stay made it a perfect romantic weekend getaway.
The old woodfire place that was perfect to cook in, the decorative wall hangings, the added extra coffees and hot chocolates, all the plates and silverware you will need.
The outdoor fire pit, the picnic table underneath decorative lights.
It was a magical weekend for two adults and a pup. Only a short drive outside of Edmonton and easy to find. ( 1 hour )
Highly recommend and look forward to going back.

We had an amazing stay at this campsite! The area is very private and surrounded by beautiful fall colors, it honestly feels like your own little getaway in nature. The place was clean, quiet, and relaxing, perfect for a peaceful weekend escape.
The owners are wonderful people! They are responsive, and easy to communicate with. They made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out, and we really appreciated how organized and welcoming they were.
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a cozy, private, and scenic spot to unwind!

Arriving on this land, I felt a sense of peace roll through me. My girlfriends and I stayed in the Tipi. It was magical. The grounds are immaculately kept. We were very spoiled with the washroom facilities as well as the outdoor kitchen. The beds were extremely comfortable with soft linen and warm blankets. The host did not miss any details to help us feel comfortable and met all of our amenity needs. The sunrise and sunsets were beautifully held on the horizon. Nature was all around us, including the cows and beautiful majestic white bull. All of the gardens and flower beds held details and surprises. Dragonflies were everywhere!
A short distance away, we visited Chip Lake. Here we were able to have a drumming ceremony as well as enjoy some paddle boarding. The water was not conducive to us swimming in it, as it is shallow and appears to have a vast ecosystem. We did travel 30 minutes up the highway to the Pambina river and enjoyed a refreshing cool off.
I would highly recommend visiting this site. I have full intentions of gathering my whole tribe of friends for a full weekend next year.

The sites and amenities were exactly as shown and explained on the website. We enjoyed the solitude and quietness of the site not always found in the common campground arrangement. There are some hiking trails nearby at the Crimson Lake provincial park that we enjoyed as well as taking time to read, relax and shell peanuts, once we got back to our site. We loved camping at the Secret Sanctuary! We brought our own glamping and got the breakfast delivered to your site as an add on. Absolutely delicious! The whole experience and vibe of this place is really something special. We were looking for a getaway close to the city that offered privacy (which is hard to find these days) and were not disappointed. We want to bring the whole family next time we come! The hot shower and compost toilets were great, the trails and nearby lakes were awesome for exploring, and Denika and her family were so friendly and helpful. 5 stars! Also make sure to check out the store for amazing salves, delicious teas, and cute pottery!

The weekend was wonderful. The glamping tent was beautiful and the bed was cozy warm. The morning breakfast was amazing. We enjoyed sitting around the campfire being visited by a llama! We walked the trails and hugged a tree. Great time. Thankyou you Denika and family.

Magical. It’s the only word to describe what Adam has created at Sky Hound Ranch. He’s developed a welcoming space full of intention, purpose and gratitude. It’s calming and exciting. Our recent stay at this campsite was truly fantastic — the warm hospitality, beautiful grounds, and attention to cleanliness made it special from start to finish. Nice rustic little farmstead camping spot. The listing and recent review pictures didn't match what we experienced - we had a very rustic spot in the forest by a dilapidated shed/building - but we had a lovely evening regardless, made by Walter and Emma who were delightful company and we felt safe with them guarding the area! Firewood ready on arrival was great.

Was a very nice place. Meeting Adam and learning about ranch was a wonderful experience. Very hospitable and so relaxing. The lake was a short drive away. It was really hot so we were able to have a water gun fight around the campsite. It’s a wonderful place and would go again.
