We had an amazing camping experience at Creek Edge! The family running the place is incredibly friendly and helpful. One of the best parts was having constant electricity throughout our stay, which made everything so much easier. We especially fell in love with their pets—spending time with their dogs and cats was such a joy! If you’re looking for a welcoming, animal-friendly, and peaceful spot near Spruce Grove, this is it. Highly recommended!

This place was beautiful, peaceful & amazing and so are the hosts! So accommodating and absolutely helpful! I was delayed and so they went out of their way to make sure I knew where to park without them there. They were in constant contact and made my stay perfect! Thank you again! Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this campsite! The area is very private and surrounded by beautiful fall colors, it honestly feels like your own little getaway in nature. The place was clean, quiet, and relaxing, perfect for a peaceful weekend escape. The owners are wonderful people! They are responsive, and easy to communicate with. They made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out, and we really appreciated how organized and welcoming they were. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a cozy, private, and scenic spot to unwind!

Our recent stay at this campsite was truly fantastic — the warm hospitality, beautiful grounds, and attention to cleanliness made it special from start to finish. The hosts were welcoming and friendly, and we especially loved meeting their pets, who added an extra touch of comfort and fun to our visit. My girlfriend and I were looking for a weekend away from the busyness of our farm, and Creek’s Edge provided that “home away from home” we were looking for. R & M were great hosts, and their four-legged “co-hosts” were happy to keep us company while we relaxed and unwound. Lovely people that run the place, giving a tour and letting you choose a spot to your liking. Super friendly pets that may come over to say hello. I had some new gear I needed to test out and this was the perfect spot as it was only 20 minutes away and you get that nice secluded feeling once you’re all set up. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing experience! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend staying here. Doris was fantastic! It's the perfect spot to relax, play cards, or enjoy a late-night campfire. A great place to unwind!

Very rustic, and private. Also very close to Edmonton, so was covenant for commuting. The only thing that needs improvement is the “ outhouse”/ playhouse thing they have. Otherwise AWESOME !!

Such a great experience staying at Rudy and Michelles lovely site, close to the city but far enough to see the stars clearly and close to a lot of lakes for fishing and so on. Would recommend and will definitely be coming again!

We loved staying here, mostly quiet. Enjoyed visiting with Pumpkin, the orange cat. R was very helpful showing us around and helping we out with a bit of ice and a fan to cool me and my 2 dogs off. The only difficult part was using the makeshift bathroom with my disabilities. We will be happy to stay here again when we are travelling through.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at Creek view. Our hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. The property boasts large trees and private tent areas. We loved the quiet and private location near the house. The hike on the property to a small creek was a beautiful way to spend the afternoon. R and M are wonderful hosts and we plan on staying at Creek View again in the future. We also enjoyed the visit of two cats during our stay. Thank you again for wonderful weekend!

Quiet Spot with Furry Friends

With close proximity to Edmonton, Creek's Edge provides simple accommodation in a quiet area. The tent sites are flat and in a nice area amongst some trees behind the house, with enough distance that it doesn't feel you're encroaching on the host's backyard. There's also a space for a couple RVs closer to the house. The property is large, with possibilities for field games, and there's some trails meandering along the creek in the back and into a farmer's field. There's some water spouts around, and a firepit/picnic table, but there's no bathroom (apparently that's in the works). Your human hosts are friendly and happy to check in and make sure you don't need anything. Your 4-legged hosts are extremely friendly, with the orange cat spending a great deal of time keeping me company, which was a great and welcome surprise.

Camping at R & M’s land was perfect for my needs. The location was on the property of a residential home, which is perfectly acceptable to me. The site was easily accessible and was clear and level, making it perfect for pitching my tent. It was quiet, private and exactly what I needed for a good night's rest as I traveled through on my journey.
