I have a small 5 acre farm with a U pick raspberry patch. There are RV sites on 5 acres in the heart of the Rockies. There is a fish pond within walking distance located nearby. Valemount has a world class mountain bike park with trails for beginners to experts. Wildlife such as bears, moose and deer are readily seen near Silver Tip

We do have a WIFI hotspot but we are located in the mountains and service is very unstable and slow. Please plan accordingly. The nearest stable internet is a 10 minute drive to the Town of Hinton at the Tourist Information Centre located at 309 Gregg Avenue.
We are not located in Jasper, we are a 60km drive from the Town of Jasper. Hinton is 18km and is the nearest town to us.

Imagine crystal clear blue skies, snow-capped peaks, refreshing lakes and rivers, and a lush valley. Fuzzy Buddy Ranch is the perfect spot to camp!
We have large area cleared for RVs, trailers, tents or camper van dispersed camping sites. The ranch has ten 30 amp power sites with lots of room to turn around and most you can drive right through without having to back up.
Views of mountains in every direction with lots of wild birds in the area. We have horses, cows, sheep, chickens, dogs and cats at the ranch. The small working ranch is in the Rocky mountain trench with the Rocky Mountains to the east the Caribou range to the east and the Monashee Mountains to the south.

Shower and water available in ranch yard water tap is on the south side of the ranch house.
Nearby activities include hiking, biking( bike rentals available in town), climbing, fishing, paddling.
The site is 20 minutes from Mount Robson Provincial Park (Berg Lake trailhead) and just over an hour to Jasper National Park. Valemount townsite is 15 minutes away and is home to a renowned mountain bike park, Three Ranges brewery and excellent restaurants such as the Glacier fire Pizza.
Please take the time to read any posted signs regarding rules of the ranch, speed limits, etc, and do not leave a trace. Please bring your garbage, tissues and cans with you. There is a local transfer station just 10 minutes south of us outside the village of Valemount. Please respect our home.
Fresh farm eggs may be available.

We are available all year round. Rock Lake Provincial Park. 70km NW of the nearest town (Hinton).
You will enjoy peace in quiet in this remote, private, and off-grid location. Our cabins are in a forested area surrounded by mountains. Set apart amongst the trees for privacy.
Savour the sound of silence and smell the trees. Beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and stargazing at night!
Rock Lake is only 7km from the camp where you can enjoy
awe-inspiring views of Alberta's Northern Rockies while fishing, boating, mountain biking or hiking.
There is no TV, wifi, or cell service. Each cabin has indoor plumbing, toilet, shower, hot and cold running water and a wood-burning stove. All cooking is done on the deck of the cabin using a griddle. Propane supplied.
All firewood, kindling, bed linens, towels, pots/pans/cutlery included.
Please note, a 4WD vehicle is recommended to access the site.
Sub-Alpine area in front ranges of Alberta Rockies.
We are located 1 hour and 30 minutes from Jasper National Park and 3 hours from Mount Robson National Park.

Super beautiful area. Very personable host, who introduced himself and didn’t linger, so we felt like welcome guests. His site was tricky to navigate for exact camping spots when it was dark, but in the daytime it made much more sense. He let us use wood and sticks from the areas around the campground to burn, which was nice.

Abgelegener und wunderschöner Camping. Sehr einfach gehalten. Wenig Camper/Zelte. Der Stellplatz darf selbst ausgesucht werden. Qual der Wahl... alles sind toll! Es hat nur 1 Outhouse und eine einfache Dusche.
Wir haben es extrem genossen aus der Menschenmenge im Nationalpark zu entfliehen und einen so schönen und ruhigen Campingplatz gefunden zu haben!

Nice and private place to stay overnight with full services near highway 5. The water is really good to drink, we stayed a couple nights. The only concern would be the train going by quite often during the night, but if you keep all windows closed, you’ll be OK.

The tent was a bit different than the pictures, quite smaller but still comfy none-the-less
The queen bed they had in there may have been one of the comfiest I've slept in, my friend even said the cot was awesome too!
For sound sensitive people, this place is near quite active railroad tracks so may be a good idea to bring some ear plugs!

About
Today the Yellowhead Pass is a valley corridor containing a highway and railway beside crystal clear rivers, through dense forests under rugged peaks links Jasper town site and the provincial border of British Columbia. In the past the low elevation made for easy movement for Indigenous peoples, fur trappers, railways and explorers. The name Yellowhead is the nickname of a fair-haired Metis-Iroquois-freeman named Bostonais, active here in the early 1800s.
