I stayed here in my SUV camper and had a very enjoyable experience. Having an electrical hookup was a big plus since I was able to charge my inverter overnight, which made my setup much more comfortable.
The campground was quiet, well maintained, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. What stood out the most, though, was the staff at the front desk. They were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. It was the kind of warm Canadian hospitality and politeness that leaves a lasting impression.
The campground is a bit of a drive from Jasper town, but if you're looking for a peaceful place to unwind after a day of exploring the national park, it's well worth it. I would happily stay here again.

Hip Camp is useless. Never deal with any company that uses them as their booking agent!!!!!!!!!

Really nice campsite! Everything was clean, including the washrooms. The staff at the front desk were friendly. There are a few mosquitoes, but definitely not as many as in other camps.
Would stay here again!

Once I reach at Hit camp, I was surprised that everything is perfect and accessible. It was great site for RV camping.

It was a great place to stay contrary to prior reviews. They had showers. It was very clean. Very nice check-in procedure, Candice was wonderful. There is a brewing company next-door that has great hamburgers. It’s a great location right outside the entrance to Jasper national Park, and close to Miele Hot Springs.

Traveling through and needed a night. This worked fine for us. Very friendly staff. The last people who stayed left a mess a the on-site dump, toilet paper, feces, yuck. I reported to the office on our way out for a day trip. When we got back everything was cleaned up! I missed stopping brother brewery, bad timing. I would stay here again for sure.

Jasper Gates is under a big renovation and it looks to be headed in a great direction. The entrance and check-in area are new and very well done. The driveway as you enter is done very nicely. However, the consistent rains made the other roads in the campground very muddy and rutted. I would suggest more gravel to keep the mud from splashing everywhere. The main bathroom is newish and nicely done. I worked with a couple ladies in the office and have to say, Alicia was smiling, engaging and helpful when we asked a question. The other lady gave us the impression we were bothering her. Maybe a bad day. We had to leave the campground early due to an issue we had so we only had time be day to gauge the facility. One day Jasper Gates will be a real gem.

This was a last minute booking and I am beyond glad that I picked here to stay. We stayed in a full service RV lot. Both electrical and pump out was easily accessible from the site. Lot was clean and very accommodating for a 26ft RV.
Atmosphere was very fun and welcoming, we loved everything about the resort.

The people are very friendly and the site is super clean. Washrooms are clean and the showers are included in your camp fees. This is a great place to camp that is not that far out of Jasper!! Would highly recommend!!

The camp is conveniently located just outside Jasper national park, about 40 from Jasper on a scenic road. It is in a great position to access Miette Hot Springs and the nearby town of Hinton with its associated amenities.
The staff are friendly and the pitches are a generous size with a picnic table and fire pit.
Large wood is free, but you’ll need an axe to make it useful. Alternatively firewood can be bought from reception.
The washrooms are clean and well maintained. However there are no laundry facilities. There is a laundromat 15 mins drive away in Hinton.
There is a reading room with book exchange and games to borrow on site, with regular organised activities for children.
The road to Jasper was full of wildlife including bears, sheep and elk.
A fully serviced site, reasonable priced.

The washrooms were clean and had hot water, which was great. The campground is relatively small, and the campsites are quite close to each other, so there’s not much privacy. Conveniently located not too far from Jasper — a great stop for campers heading north past the park.

Overall we had a great experience. The site was very close to other camps and not as private as we expected. The site is in a corner with dirt paths on 2 sides and across from that was a treed section that was dug out, which ruined the views. Hopefully they’ll grow it out and it’ll look great next time. Overall the camp was clean, well maintained with amazing facilities.

Liebevoll gestalteter Platz. Sehr gepflegt. Wird gerade noch erweitert.
Süßer Bachlauf mit Blümchen und Sitzgelegenheiten quer durch die Anlage. Unser Platz 8 lag direkt neben diesem.
WC und Dusche neu und sehr sauber.
Wenn die Anlage ganz fertig ist, sicher schnell ausgebucht.
