Guests will get to wake up to the sounds of the Shuswap River flowing right outside their campsite. Sandy shaded kids play area with a kids swing, 2 person snowboard swing and a trampoline. A net and hammock for all your chilling needs. Load to explore around the property, including an island on the Shuswap River.
Launch your floaties and spend the afternoon floating down the picturesque river, but please bear in mind the river conditions vary throughout the year. The 8KM river float is an intermediate level float and may not be suitable for young kids as there is a section that needs to be walked to avoid a dangerous area. There is other options for shorter floats upstream and end at our property. Please ask us for more details.
We also have a field to ride any quads or dirt-bikes around. Its very basic riding conditions, but still fun for young kids!
As well there is lots to see in the area including 2 waterfalls and Mable lake provincial park all within an hour drive.

A few miles down the road is Saddle mountain hiking trail, a challenging hike with breathtaking views all the way up. A short walk or bike ride from the camp site, through old growth cedar groves and orchard will lead you to Arrow Lake where you can enjoy all types of water activities or take a walk to explore many of the areas private beaches. Grab a kayak or SUP board and explore our many secluded, sandy beach spots. Come and enjoy our beautiful wilderness, It's a whole other world over here.....

Come discover our peaceful farm sanctuary located in Ashton Creek, 10 minutes east of Enderby. Experience the famous Shuswap River "float" which is only a 5 minute walk to the Baxter bridge boat launch, park and community hall. The Ashton Creek convenience store and gas station has all your basic camping needs including ATV gas and propane (also a 5 minute walk). Access to hiking trails including a unique water fall nearby. Mabel Lake Resort, boat launch and Golf Club is a short 20 minute drive.
Camping at Olich Creek Farm is unique and family friendly. Most of our rescued farm animals roam the property freely and absolutely love human visitors. Families with children will also enjoy the natural play areas the farm offers including a shallow creek and visits with our chickens and ducks. Your dogs or other small pets are permitted in the camping areas only as our herd is terrified of dogs. There is another large area (about 5 acres) where well-behaved dogs can run off leash.
We have one RV site with septic, water and 50 Amp power and can fit a 40 foot unit and 2 totally private tent sites. There is a full washroom with tub/shower, toilet and wifi access in our old farmhouse which is complimentary during your stay.
Should you find that your desired dates are already booked, please reach out to us as we may have a back up spot available.
Please keep in mind we are an organic farm homestead that offers an agritourism experience. We are not a manicured campground :) Your camping fees go directly to support our aging farm animals and horses.

Located in the north Okanagan 5 minutes from Armstrong and 15 minutes from Vernon. We recently bought this charmingly rustic old farm property and are in the exciting process of bringing it back to life. Our address is 1945 Otter Lake Cross Road, Armstrong.
It has a lovely forest area, alongside sprawling fields that are dotted with beautiful wildflowers throughout Spring and Summer. Another delightful feature of our home is a swamp that displays a spectacular array of bird wildlife in the spring and early summer. A bird watcher’s dream! And, if you are lucky, you may even see deer, beaver, bear, coyote, Marmot, or Western Painted Turtle roaming the property, all have been seen on the farm at one time or another, so keep your eyes peeled!
We are close to amenities but are far enough out of town to provide a quiet and restful retreat from the hum and drum of every day life.
We are popular for family reunions and specialty gatherings such as card or game tournaments.
Summer in the Okanagan. Come and enjoy the scenery, fresh peaches, cherries, watermelons, veggies and other locally grown delights when in season.
Our campground features include:
Four forested sites with fire pits and picnic tables. Fires not permitted during fire bans.
Tent or RV (up to 25 feet or so) camping
Potable water from utility shed
Portable toilet facility (Porta-potty)

No sani-dump
No showers or laundry facilities
Firewood available for extra cost but there is a lot of fallen dead wood in the forest area if you want to pick it up. No live tree or branch cutting permitted.

We had an amazing stay over the New Year and absolutely loved this place. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, thoughtful, and attentive, and the tour of the guesthouse and property was a great touch.
The property is stunning and the guesthouse was larger than expected, which was a lovely surprise. The wood fireplace created the coziest vibe, but the real highlight was the wood-fired hot tub — tucked into the forest beside the rushing river, surrounded by fairy lights and total quiet. Cold dipping in the river and then warming back up in the tub was pure magic!
Meeting the horses and dogs was also a bonus, and the location is the perfect balance of feeling remote while still being close to town. We’d happily return and highly recommend this place to anyone!

The forest bunkies were very modern .....well built and comfy. We really enjoyed our stay there!!! The community bathrooms were amazing and the hot tub was an additional bonus!! The morning coffee and treats were a real bonus too :)

They were very welcoming and made us feel right at home quickly. The guesthouse was very clean and had everything we needed for our weeklong visit.
The atmosphere is so relaxed and the hot tub was a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring.

We were there in October and we had the area to ourselves which was great, but it seemed the camping spot and Teepee were quite close to the cabin.

The cute little ferry was awesome, and the directions to John and Michelle's were straightforward. We got to nest in a bunch of trees and enjoy the lake and kayaking available. Better than advertise. The Kevin was new and clean. The wood stove kept us very warm and toasty. The firepit was well stocked with cedar cut offs .
Hot pool was extremely relaxing and had a great vibe.
We added a canoe to our trip and fished Gardom Lake.
