Whitescreek Lodge-Childress tx
1 site · Lodging55 acres · Childress, TXThis place was purchased from a family friend 25 years ago.  It was my father's favorite place to be.  He passed in 2009 and I took care of the place until 2015 when my stepmom and I had a falling out.  I sued her in 2020 and took back this property.  To say it is a special place to me is an understatement.  My dad would be proud that I stood up for what he would have wanted and am sharing our treasure with other people.  There is a dry creek that runs through the place called White's creek and when it rains, it completely fills up.  Beautiful sunrises/sunsets, an abundance of animals to watch and nature to enjoy (watch out for snakes!), this place is very secluded and quiet.  When I walked away from this place in 2015, I never thought I'd see it again.  God has blessed me with this gift again, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I have.  Welcome to White's Creek.  You can find us on Facebook at White'screek hunting lodge. Learn more about this land:55 acres to explore. Deer, hogs, various birds to watch and pond to catch and release fish in. Cabin is fully furnished with 1.5 baths and 1 queen and twin bed all upstairs in the loft. Also 2 couches and 3 recliners for additional sleep space on bottom floor.  Basic Amenities such as bedding, kitchen appliances and toiletries available.  No wi-fi or television.  Palo Duro Canyon is nearby as well as  Caprock canyon,  and the historic Indian Chief Quanah Parker's hometown nearby in Quanah Tx
