Learn more about this land: Sites 1 and 2 are for campers/tents. Sites 3 and 4 are tent only spots. Fire ring at each. Top tent spots up in field (3 and 4) need a higher vehicle to get to them. A bit Off Road. Horse stalls/guided trails available for the campers bringing their own horses. Our animals are friendly and love attention. Dogs welcome but need a leash. Our family run farm is willing to accommodate your needs. Book a stay with us as you pass on thru. (Totally Off Grid livin my dream. Remember to burn burnables and take non burnables with you. We have 2 flat gravel campsites available on our property just 2 miles drive to beaver creek state park where you can hike, fish, visit the pioneer village, and sit by the creek. There are plenty of downed trees, bring a saw if you want to gather wood for a fire. We have a maintained hiking trail that starts on the edge of our property/road and ends at the state park. Or, you can swim, kayak, and fish at the beaver creek, just a 1/2 mile from our sites. We are 26 miles from the Pittsburgh airport and 1 hour to downtown Pittsburgh. Enjoy being close enough to enjoy the big city offerings without the high cost of accommodations. Or just relax at your campsite. Fire rings provided. Thank you for considering us for your stay.

The Peace Park is designed for bikers, hikers, dog walkers, and anyone traveling through to book a campsite even if anyone isn't available to meet and greet. Campers, once booked may go to an available campsite and set up camp. Dog-friendly, handicapped-accessible Porta-Jon with hand sanitizer shared electricity for charging phones, pristine aquifer water, picnic tables, fire-pits, fireside benches, birds, butterflies, lightning bugs, wild turkey, deer, and other wildlife are often seen. Please note: We're located on a section of the Ohio-Erie Canal Scenic Byway, the Wheeling and Lake Erie Railroad, and a 90-degree corner with a slight slope that causes trucks to downshift brake, we recommend bringing earplugs if you're a light sleeper!

Primitive camping sites are available May 1st - October 31st for those wanting to escape the daily grind to get a bit of country peace and quiet.  Tent Sites: $35.00 per night. Base price for each site allows for two (2) guests.  Additional Guests: $5.00 per person  Fire Wood: $8.00 per bundle  Reservations are required and are available through HipCamp.com. There are no refunds. Base price for each site allows for two (2) guests. Additional charges apply for more persons. Limit of one (1) tent per site and maximum of four (4) persons or one (1) family per site. Stays are limited to no more than ten (10) days per season. No smoking, no alcohol and no recreational drugs allowed. Pets will require prior permission from Pioneer Trails Tree Farm. Each site includes a fire pit, log seats and table, garbage bag on arrival. The bathroom and access to power including a charging station for phones etc. are located inside the Red Barn. Other barns and equipment are restricted from use. No water non potable or potable water is provided.  We have bottles of water for $1.00 each.  Fire wood is available for purchase using our Paypal QR code posted throughout the camping area. You may also prepay for wood when you make your reservation. WE DO NOT ALLOW FIREWOOD TO BE BROUGHT ONTO THE FARM. Each shelter site has it's own fire ring. Quiet time is weekend 10pm to 9am, weekdays 10pm to 7am. Camp Setup You can drive out using gravel roads to drop of your camping supplies. Cars must be parked in the parking areas shown on Map. Please only drive on the gravel roads. Campers may be asked to move there cars if they are blocking day to day farm work. We ask that campers dispose of trash in dumpster marked on map.
