We are OPEN despite the current issues. No fires are allowed due to provincial bans. Enjoy the quiet skyline and maybe even catch a glimpse of the local wildlife. Our grass lots are backed with lush Appalachian forest and leads way to a slow brook where you can wade with the tide or try your hand at fishing or simply sit by the fire and enjoy the solitude. Check in is self guided as there is no host on site but you'll find it simple as all sites, as well as the toilet area is well marked with signage. This doesn’t mean we aren’t here to help, you can reach us 24/7 via text. We are Located just off the Acadian Coastal Drive and minutes from the beautiful Fundy shore. You can bring your tent, RV, van or camper and choose from 4 fantastic sites. 1-30 amp service, 2 roadside non-serviced as well as one privative forested site and 3 tent sites. All sites are equipped with a fire pit and access to our outhouse restroom. Wood is available for purchase if you didn’t bring your own! We are currently fencing in the entire property to make it a dog/cat and livestock safe area so pets can enjoy a safer experience . This will be done in stages so hang tight with us until this is completed. You can also explore New Brunswick with a drive on Acadian Coastal Drive ·Appalachian Range Route · Fundy Coastal Drive · Miramichi River Route or Fundy Coastal Drive Stop by and visit Murray Corner Provincial park for a swim and watch the tide roll out. Looking to see multiple provinces?? We are in the perfect spot to see all of what the East coast has to offer. View PEI’s spectacular Confederation Bridge from the shoreline and take a drive to PEI which is only minutes from us. Mainland Nova Scotia is less than a 30 minute drive and if your adventurous and want to drive the Cabot Trail then you can reach Cape Breton Island in under 2 hours! Catch a Ferry to Newfoundland if your heart desires. PEAK SEASON (May 1- Sept 31) OFF GRID (Oct 1 -Dec 31 and March 15 - April 31) CLOSED for winter (Dec 31- March 14) There is no potable water on site however, we do have an out building with compostable toilet, shower/change area. Kyla was very helpful when we arrived. The property is very large and there is no one else around. Very private. Great cut grass open site with an amazing view across to NS. Nice hiking trails all around. Definitely a great place to camp.

We would have preferred a spot that was easier to maneuver BUT it was exactly as the pictures showed. We have 2 beagles and we worried that other campers might not be as fond of their songs as we are. But by quiet time (11pm) they were settled in. The ONLY unfortunate part of our stay was the large group of young people who didn't start drinking until after 11. At 230, my wife screamed, "Go to bed!" One of them yelled, "Sorry." But it still went on until after 3. They got our dogs and at least one other barking. Except for that one group, the campground was quiet after 11, and earlier, i dont think we hear a single loud voice. If there were dogs besides ours and the one we were travelling with, we never heard them. Better control of the 11pm quiet time is the only suggestion I have. Paula was a wonderful host and the campground is beautiful. Coyotes were in full song just as we were going to bed. The bathroom facilities were probably the nicest and cleanest that we've ever seen at a campground.

Great, quiet small campground. Bring a 30 A plug for the electric or borrow one from the front office. Great pool area. Staff provided a map of local highlights in the Gerogetown area. Very clean newish shower building with large stalls and very hot water.

We absolutely loved camping at Summer Winds with our tent trailer! The beach and the pool were great and clean, as well as exceptionally clean spacious bathrooms. Wonderful spot to camp, grass/soft ground was really nice for tenting. Inground pool was very clean, kids loved it. Location was quiet, great shower and washroom facilities. Very close to many amazing beaches and not far from Charlottetown which is a fantastic city.

Summer Winds was a well laid out campground with lots of exploring allowed at both the property and area. Located about 40 minutes from Charlottetown made a fun afternoon trip. Our kids loved the fact that our spot (#19) was facing the playground and the saltwater pool was a huge hit. Washroom and showers were kept clean and comfortable— the water was hot! Everyone we spoke to was friendly and inviting making it a spot we will have to return to one day. Thanks for hosting!
