We are situated in the middle of a Recreation Hotspot! Our site is within 3 minutes of paddling the Big Creek, 3 to 10 minutes to several A+ hiking trails, 15 minutes to amazing freshwater beaches of Long Point and Turkey Point, and the area is abound with cycling trails, motorcycle routes, geocaching, boat launches (we have room here for your boat!), cider/wine tours, and more! We are the perfect basecamp for everything the Long Point Bay area has to offer
We have some great watering holes nearby like burning kiln winery, hounds of Erie and Charlotteville brewing company.

For swimming we recommend the beautiful beaches in Rondeau Park, only a few minutes away! Also, you can walk or cycle to town for an ice cream or groceries.

Our small, bio-diverse farm is in a quiet location but only 10km from shops and cafes. Our property is run with minimal chemical inputs. The lake supports fish, turtles, thousands of tree frogs in the spring, and musk rat, woodland ducks, and heron. You may also see rare bobolinks, barn swallows, and bats in summer. Star gazing is very good, there is very little light pollution. Tall poplar trees provide shade and shelter as well as pleasant sounds of the wind.
Footwear is advised. Conditions underfoot are usually good, we do try to keep poison ivy in check but it does pop up here and there.

We are surrounded by farmers fields and located on Norfolk Street South/HWY 24, Simcoe, ON.
We are located near the Lynn Valley Trail and only 10 minutes to Port Dover, 20 minutes to Turkey Point and 35 minutes to Long Point.
Our paved driveway is the perfect place to park your RV. Your front door will open onto the grassy area overlooking the farmers field. We have beautiful sunsets.
Campfires are permitted before midnight provided Norfolk County isn't under a burn ban.
Furry friends are welcome provided they stay on a leash. We have two dogs that will stay in our fenced backyard.

This place has become my favourite year round trip! Between the quiet and the lovely farm, the animals and the adventures you can conquer I SUGGEST COMING BY AND STAYING ! Plus OBVIOUSLY BROOKS AND RUBY the best tour guides you can ask for, so lovable and so welcoming! It's like 10 minutes outside of Woodstock so supplies are easy to come by and the market they have makes it even better for farm fresh foods!!! Highly suggest staying here and enjoying the lovely accommodations they have!

Second time staying here and just as wonderful as the first. Sara and Mark were available for any needs and are really friendly, they want you to really enjoy your time there. It shows from all of the extras they have set up, from free firewood to a 5gallon container of drinking water, well kept campsite, and hammock chairs to relax in. It's like a little peace of heaven.

Stayed at this site over the weekend and can't say enough about how peaceful it was. The hosts were kind and accommodating. Sarah and Mark thought of all the details one might need when camping. I didn't have to bring anything for the BBQ or campfire, it was all provided. 5 gallon water for drinking and washing dishes. Outhouse right at campsite. There is a pond with a canoe which was nice to use. Their dogs Honey and Maple stopped by for a visit on their walks, they are adorable! The campsite is at the back of their farm so you pass by ducks and horses along the way. They checked in through the stay to see if I needed anything. There are 2 hammock chairs which were great to relax on. Anyone looking for a relaxing, laid back time to refresh, this is the place. I will definitely return and recommend this place.

Carl and Andrea have done so much work to keep visitors feeling welcome and curious!
With tons of fields, animals, and areas to explore, we didn't get bored once! Our toddler had an absolute blast with all the animals, and we especially enjoyed the guided tour with Andrea. We learned all about the hard work that goes into sustainable farming, and even tasted the difference from their farm store. Seriously, do not miss out on the meat!!

I went to celebrate both my birthday and my dog’s birthday at this farm and we absolutely loved it! My dog made friends with the owners’ dogs, which was so sweet. We stayed for two nights and the hosts were always just a text away — whenever I needed something, they were there to help. The place where we stayed even had Wi-Fi, which was a huge plus. I really enjoyed walking around the farm with my dog. I would 100% come back with my dog and definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a quick and relaxing getaway.

Chris and Sara are awesome and have always been what I would consider the top of the line kind of hosts.
You could never ask for more and the value can not be beat and to find out we went there to celebrate my birthday to find out it was Sara's birthday legendary.

The family is so friendly and welcoming. Their dogs were such a highlight and spent a lot of time hanging out with us on our site! We enjoyed exploring the acreage of bush and seeing all the cute animals. Overall it was a great camping experience. Would definitely recommend.

This was our first camping experience in many years and we couldn't have asked for a better place to do it! There were a number of campsites available and as it was not too busy there, Darlene allowed us to set up at any site of our choosing. There was running water right at the site, which was such a benefit to us! The washrooms and showers (so spacious!) were well maintained and convenient to use. And the horses were beautiful, it was such a relaxing stay hanging out with the horses and the owners' wonderfully energetic dog. We would definitely come back for another stay! We had such a wonderful experience at this private campsite! From the moment we arrived, everything was peaceful, clean, and well taken care of. The site felt private and tucked away, giving us the perfect mix of relaxation and nature. The hosts were quick to answer any questions we had, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The grounds were spacious and quiet, with lots of room to set up comfortably. We especially love the sunset view in the evening and how they put a swing on a tree for kids to enjoy! You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into creating a comfortable, safe, and family-friendly space.
If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway where you can enjoy nature without the crowds, this is the place to be. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone who wants a private camping experience.

We picked the spot with unobstructed access to the sky, and it was perfect. Set off from the road, you'll hear an occasional vehicle but it's really not a problem. It was a great spot. Our dog met the two friendly dogs on the farm, and she absolutely loved sleeping on the grass outside our rig. She would've been there all night if we allowed it!

Beautiful place to stay. When you arrive you are greeted by Darlene and her beautiful very friendly dog Oakley. You are shown where everything is located (bathroom, shower, your site, etc) Everyone is very friendly. Their horses are friendly and coem right up to the gate to greet you. Definitely will be staying here again and highly recommend
