NOTE – Cabin sleeps two adults. Additional guests are welcome to camp on adjacent land with their own tents. Maximum of two additional adult guests at $25 each, or two additional child guests (under 12) for free. Quiet cabin in the heart of farm country! Located on the land of the property owner with tree-line separation. Surrounded on the south side by a crop field and on the west side by a sheep pasture. Features a handmade picnic table, outhouse, and fire pit. Bed is a fold-down futon—please bring your own bedding. Some solar power and propane are also available. Parking is located 100 metres from the cabin at the end of a dead-end road. Fresh water is accessible from an outdoor tap at the owner's home on the property. This water passes through the main house's filtration system and is potable, though it may require additional filtering for any debris accumulating from the hose itself. No pets permitted.

2 nights at Geodesic Glass Dome

My partner and I loved staying in the dome, our dogs had a blast playing with Max and Ruby too, sweetest pups I ever met. It was amazing sleeping under the stars and the moon. It was like camping but a lot better. Mitch was very attentive and made our stay an 11/10. If you forget something civilization is close by so don’t fret. The pond and the land surrounding the dome is breathtaking. If you want to sleep under the stars surrounded by nature add this trip to your bucket list you will not be disappointed !

We loved Gillian and Jim’s property. Our stay could not have been better. Their hospitality and kindness went above and beyond. Their attention to the little things made all the difference. They aim to please by exceeding all expectations, more than any other host we have experienced. The three of us were very comfy and had lots of fun after dark by the fire and inside playing games. We got lucky with clear skies and sun. The stars were out and the sun in the morning was glorious. We only had time for one night but it felt like so much more. We will certainly be booking again and highly recommend to anyone looking to connect with Nature and relax.

Loved our time at Joan's place. First time using hipcamp so had no idea what to expect, and it was awesome. I plan on returning many times, it is PERFECT, for cyclists who want to use it as a base camp or are through riding. Had a great time, 10/10 will return!

Fantastic little well-equipped bunkie with excellent privacy on a quiet and spacious lot! Chris and Denise were wonderful and very easygoing hosts who ensured our group had what we needed and gave us a quick tour of the site before giving us free range for the duration of our stay. The shop has an impressive array of trailers onsite to gander at while there, and the shop building bathroom was a nice luxury to have for group camping. Loved our time there, a very unique spot to spend some time.

This is one of the best places I’ve stayed at so far! The location can be a little tricky to find, but Jim and Gillian give clear directions. Once you arrive, it’s just a short walk to your cabin surrounded by nature—and that’s really what this place is all about. You’ll have everything you need: water right in front, a cozy campfire, and even some games to make your stay more fun. The best part is the full privacy, since there’s only one cabin on the property, making the whole place yours. Jim and Gillian are so kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. I already have plans to go back—so don’t think twice, just go for it! ✨❤️

So lovely! Amber, husband and all staff were incredible, welcoming and hospitable. We loved staying right with the animals and enjoyed exploring and interacting with the animals independently as well as being invited to feed the animals apples & even bottle feed the babies (I assume we got lucky and this isn't always an offer). The living space is also wonderful. Comfortable, clean and stocked with all that you need. Would recommend this to anyone and stay again anytime!

The best place to end our camping for the summer, peaceful and quiet it was raining and cold but we still had a great time, we manage to canoe even windy, rode the bike and kayak the day we left, the bunkie its so cute and clean plus a welcome treat from the great host Margaret. Joan was very thoughtful! Each child was left a gift of bubbles which brought them joy! Her banana bread was so delicious, and much appreciated. She also loaned us a can opener and a charge chord which was super helpful! Her trails were well marked and very easy to navigate. She has a lot of water toys to enjoy!

Joan was accomodating and welcoming. She was easy to talk to. Anything we needed she was quick to assist. The cabin was small but wide enough to fit 3 people (and a dog), it wasnt too cold in the cabin and electric source is provided for. If someone is looking for camping but would like to skip the setting up of a tent part, then this place is good for you
