Wow the pictures looked good but being there was a whole other kind of beauty. The spot is tranquil and perfect, Karen and Ben have everything you could possibly need! The cabin was nice and cozy at night and the view of the stars is incredible! Definitely already planning a return trip!

This spot is absolutely gorgeous! If you are in need of a tech detox, this is the place! Environmentally conscious and well maintained, it is a fun space for families or for adults who want to take a break for the crazy pace of life. Definitely recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay at Owl’Hollow -The Perch! The kids loved the swings and kayaking, and the whole place was just perfect for a family getaway. Peaceful, clean, and welcoming!

Directions were clear to get to site, hosts were quick to respond to various queries & had done their research on DNR regulations & how they applied to their properties in light of the forest fire, trail access, & burn ban situation surrounding my visit. Sit was clear & as described. Wagon provided was functional & easy to use to navigate a trail from the parking to the site.

Nice path for easy walk in, beautiful views, tons of space and privacy, comfortable clean lake for swimming, appropriate bathroom facilities and more charm then you can imagine!
You can feel the care that these hosts put into this land and the set up. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Owl's Hollow is the perfect place for a getaway - Karen and Ben have truly thought about everything! In the Hut there was a book about forest bathing, and their property is truly the epitome of it - peaceful, serene and therapeutic. The beautiful views, steps from access to the lake and the added conveniences (chairs, structures, water, etc.) is unbeatable. Karen was quick to respond, kind and very accommodating. Looking forward to coming back!

We have done a lot of camping with our kids. We first discovered this spot last fall and swore we’d be back in the warmer months to enjoy the lake more. This was one of our favourite camping trips to date. The location is amazing. The facilities are fantastic. It’s clean, organized, has SOOO much included for enjoying the water. Kayaks, paddle boards, canoe, and even has waterproof phones cases. Our kids (and dog) thoroughly enjoyed every moment of the trip. We spent hours on, and in, the lake. The shaded area of the camp site was perfect for the heat wave, as was the lake!

We absolutely adored our time here! The attention to a campers needs and all the details blew us away. It was so nice to be remote but still feel safe and connected. The cooking hut was a great touch, and we loved having our morning coffee in the chairs. We really appreciated the water that was provided by the host. When you go ensure that you bring extra lights (such as lamp or head lamp) and we had bug nets plus a fly zapper that came in handy! Overall it was an unreal experience, and we felt so taken care of for being in the woods! We would absolutely recommend and intend on going back again!

Very nice camp site with excellent views. 2 kayaks provided for great lake fishing on Tupper Lake (YellowPerch & SmallmouthBass). Would recommend for anyone who likes remote camping, fishing & wildlife incounters.

We had the best time at Owl’s Hollow! The property was beautiful with every detail carefully thought out. Such a quiet and serene spot. This was the perfect camping spot! There was much appreciated attention to detail with every aspect and it was a beautiful location. It was such a comfy and peaceful place to relax and detach from city life. It also has the nicest outhouse I’ve ever used. Definitely recommend it!

If you’re looking for someone to get away and be purely immersed in nature, this is the spot. It was so peaceful for myself, my partner and our 2 dogs. The road getting to the cabin made us a little worried about getting there as it’s very narrow, windy and gravel, but we are so glad we did it. Karen, the host, had everything we needed there, from roasting sticks, to camp cots. We got out in the canoe and swam around the very peaceful lake. Even though there was people staying at the other accommodations there, they were far away and we had lots of privacy. Thank you again for everything and we will definitely be back.

Had an amazing time at Owls Hollow! The spot is incredibly scenic and quiet with very few surrounding cottages. Would highly recommend taking out the boats and exploring the rest of the lake. Directions and signage is very clear, had no problem getting there or finding anything once arrived. Would highly recommend this wonderful spot!
