For example, to stay all weekend, select Friday to Sunday. To stay only Friday night, select Friday to Saturday. Selecting only one date will not reserve the date you want as it expects a start and end date to select any given date or date range.

Big Belle Farm is surrounded by large hayfields on the front of our property and at the back behind where the concert will take place.
Tenters will be camping in the front fields and RVs will behind the concert field.
When you come onsite there will be someone to meet you who will point out the locations were you can setup your tent or RV.
There will be event Portable Toilets on site and access to water near the concert grounds.

This was one of the original homesteads in the Margarees. There was an old sawmill on site which was used to build the house and barn. It was sold to a man who started renovations for a summer house but ended up listing it for sale. I purchased it and completely renovated the 100-year-old house. Shortly after, my brother and I started an outfitting company with no plan of building a campground, but in 2017 we saw a great opportunity for building something unique. We wanted to keep a backwoods camping feel, but yet create it around a hostel-inspired environment. We launched June 1, 2018 and are in full swing now. Sally’s Brook is an Eco-friendly property in the heart of Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada. We have three wilderness cabins and a yurt available for rent year-round, and three Lotus Belle glamping tents in the warmer weather. We have a wood-fired sauna and communal CookHouse kitchen-dining building for guests. We also have the Hive Dome! This 26 foot year-round space is the perfect place to host your own event with us, gather for our movie nights, board games, playing music, and retreat from bad weather with so much space to move around.
Guest Use of the Hive: While you are staying on the property, we welcome guests to reserve time in the Hive for their own private use. Our staff will prepare this space for you by lighting the wood stove, stocking wood and heating it up for your arrival. Stretch, practice yoga, play games or music, or celebrate with your group!

The Dancing Moose Vacation rentals, (formally the Dancing Moose Cafe) is a beautiful 3.5 acre ocean front, (rock) beach accessible property, located right on the Cabot Trail, one of the most scenic routes in the world!
We are located on the east side (sunrise) on the Cabot Trail, about 15 minutes from Ski Cape Smokey, 25 minutes from the entrance of the Cape Breton Highland National Park with over 35 well maintained hikes.
The on site restaurant, The Dancing Moose Cafe, is changing its activity starting this year (2025) and will only be open, serving breakfast for guests that stay on the property. Full a la carte breakfast is available, including our "famoose" Dutch Pannekoek. Breakfast is optional and not included in the rental fee.
There are 4 different kind of vacation rentals on the property,
The Sleeping Moose Cottage (1x), The Zzzz Moose Camping Cabins (3x) The ZzzzMoose 2.0 Camping Cabin (1x) and the Birch Plain Tower 1x).
The Sleeping Moose has a minimum of 2 nights. All other rentals can be booked for 1 night, or more of course.
Except for the Birch Plain Tower al our vacation rentals are pet friendly.

Andromeda House sits on 30 beautiful acres, stretching from our waterfront to the top of the Mountain. Perched dramatically above the Annapolis Basin, the views here are truly awe-inspiring—and only get more breathtaking as one explores higher up on the property.
Our path network is maintained for access to the very satisfying “Upper Lookout”. This path continues and you might just find your hosts working on this area. There are also various mountain access roads provide terrific hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Photography, rock hounding, mushroom hunting and star gazing are ideal activities. Birders in particular should be pleased.
The property has been in our family for generations and an old sled path winds through and up it. We are also developing a spring-fed swimming pond this summer.
Currently, we have new fields of sunflowers and wildflowers to attract pollinators—bumble bees, hummingbirds and monarch butterflies are especially abundant here. Wild apple trees abound and there is a stand of old maple trees we will be tapping next spring. Beyond that is a mature Beech and Poplar forest.
We are within walking distance to Victoria Beach, an authentic fishing village nestled at the base of the north mountain and surrounded by the Annapolis Basin, the Digby Gut and the Bay of Fundy.

Bunkie lofts are high up with access by sturdy wooden ladder (if you have mobility issues, it is not suitable). There are small leather futons and extra bedding on the main floor of the bunkie as a sleeping option.

Bunkies are located on top a hill at an elevation. PARKING is located on the beach front landing below down a gravel road with max parking for 2 cars.

We had a wonderful stay at Sally’s Brook Luxury Resort. The setting is peaceful and beautiful, making it a perfect place to slow down and enjoy nature.
The accommodations were clean, comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and offered a great balance of privacy and relaxation.
Everything felt well cared for and welcoming, and it was exactly the kind of getaway we were looking for during our trip through Nova Scotia.
We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend Sally’s Brook to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable escape surrounded by nature..

Sally’s is as delightful as it looks in pictures! The pod we stayed in was clean, comfortable and charming, and well-stocked. We only stayed briefly so I didn’t explore the shared facilities much but washrooms and showers were clean and pleasant. Overall really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay longer next time!

We loved this well equipped and spacious cabin, only a short drive from Halifax! Arriving after dark was tough so I’d recommend arriving while it’s still light out. There is no electricity but the lanterns provided worked great.

Awesome place to stay and the owner is great too! He is a well of information on the surrounding area if you want spots to explore. The facilities are great with the bathrooms/showers/dishwashing area. The lots are huge, we were 2 who pulled in and we were able to park so we were door to door (trailers) with lots of space.

Friendly staff, great location (make sur eyou visit Egypt Falls, a 20 min drive away), very spacious campground, clean outhouses and dish washing facility. Drinking water provided in canisters - always filled with fresh water. unfortunately the electric set up for the waterpump of the 2 outdoor showers is "experimental" with broken solar panel and empty car battery, so no warm water for me on 2 out of 3 days (when I wanted to have a shower). Staff kept trying to fix it though and it worked intermittently. Free coffee and starlink wifi at the reception were much appreciated (by the coffeine and the wifi junkies in the family ;-)).
Rentals on site also a plus!

Beautiful site, nice showers, and Anita at the front desk was super helpful with activity recommendations around the island and marked up a map for us to guide us, which was nice given the spotty service further up the Cabot Trail. the Wifi available at the shop also came in very handy.

Paul was friendly. As mentioned in his ad, make sure to bring bug spray and a long sleeve shirt, the mosquitoes are no joke. It is a working farm, so expect some noise throughout the day time. Dead quiet and peaceful at night.

I loved my stay at Lee’s place! The sites were well equiped with each a picnic table and fireplace, some sites even had wooden platform. The bathroom area was clean and the outdoor shower was awesome! It even had hot water! I stayed for three nights and it was pretty calm and peaceful! The view of the mountain was gorgeous, especially in the morning with the fog! I left early in the morning, so i didn’t have the chance to enjoy it, but they even have coffee at the shop! The staff was very kind! I highly recommend to stay at Lee’s place.
