We are a young family just starting out, we have 40 acres within walking distance to the lake with a nice little forest (currently we are working on an easy access through the trees but if you enjoy foraging this might fit perfectly!)
We are very open to helping set up activities or anything you may need. We have grown up in the area and know it very well and hope you enjoy your time!
The campsites are fairly private, but still close to all of the amenities that we offer.
We have recently added a 10 minute nature walk through the trees, this will include locations to sit and rest, as well as the ability to get some shade while soaking in all sounds and beauty of your surroundings.
Lac Ste. Anne is only a 15-minute drive from our property where you can enjoy swimming, hiking, biking, and so much more!

I truly can’t put into words how lovely Jana’s place was. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with open arms, with the wood-fired sauna and hot tub ready for us. She even took us on a UTV tour of her land, sharing stories about the wildlife that passes through.
The dome itself was perfect Jana has thought of everything. The bed was incredibly cosy, the décor was beautiful, and snacks and water were waiting for us after a long day. There’s even a little surprise as the morning sun hits the windows just right.
Because of the fire ban, Jana sent us lots of dinner ideas. We made our own charcuterie board, which was romantic and perfect.
The sauna and tub were amazing. The sauna overlooks the woods through a glass window, and she provides sauna caps and towels. The tub wasn’t piping hot all the way through, but honestly it felt perfect after the sauna.
For $25 CAD, Jana brought us a homemade breakfast by UTV the next morning. It was fresh, delicious, and both Jana and her husband were so accommodating with my dairy-free and gluten-free needs.
As a city girl, I rarely fully disconnect, but this off-grid space made me want to. With hammocks, battery-powered lights, and even a propane fire during the ban, everything felt so thoughtful. We even woke up to a newborn foal, which felt magical.
We did a breath work and sound session as well with Jana. Jana’s space is truly healing, restorative, and unforgettable. Disconnect, relax, and soak it all in under the stars.

I had an amazing stay! The place was clean, peaceful, and exactly as described. The host was very kind, welcoming, and always helpful. Everything was well organized, and the experience felt comfortable and relaxing. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay. We had an amazing camping experience at Creek Edge! The family running the place is incredibly friendly and helpful. One of the best parts was having constant electricity throughout our stay, which made everything so much easier. We especially fell in love with their pets—spending time with their dogs and cats was such a joy! If you’re looking for a welcoming, animal-friendly, and peaceful spot near Spruce Grove, this is it. Highly recommended!

Weekend Trip to Northern Lights Romantic Tiny Cabin
We absolutely loved our stay in the microcabin.
We stayed in winter and got the privellege of seeing a beautiful snowy landscape, getting cozy by the fire (inside and outside). Not only was the facillity beautifly maintained with everything we needed to cook amazing meals over the fire, great insulation and activities and books for our leasure.
The hosts are absolutely amzing, helping us with any questions and concerns and sharing how they are being sustainable and supporting the local community. The sheep tour was well worth it aswell if you are a fellow animal lover.
The property offers a beutiful walking trail that had me and my partner in awe.
We will be back to experience the beauty in other seasons!

MJ is the most lovely lady. What an honour to be a guest to this property.
The property is very picturesque. And the alpacas and llamas are of course adorable.
Absolutely would recommend staying at this location.

The added touches to this stay made it a perfect romantic weekend getaway.
The old woodfire place that was perfect to cook in, the decorative wall hangings, the added extra coffees and hot chocolates, all the plates and silverware you will need.
The outdoor fire pit, the picnic table underneath decorative lights.
It was a magical weekend for two adults and a pup. Only a short drive outside of Edmonton and easy to find. ( 1 hour )
Highly recommend and look forward to going back.

Beautiful, serene, quiet, very well maintained. We could see every star in the sky, and it is so close to Elk Island Park, it made sightseeing easy! A lot of coyotes at night - mind your pets and bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper - that was the only sound we heard. Would highly recommend this spot.

We had an amazing stay at this campsite! The area is very private and surrounded by beautiful fall colors, it honestly feels like your own little getaway in nature. The place was clean, quiet, and relaxing, perfect for a peaceful weekend escape.
The owners are wonderful people! They are responsive, and easy to communicate with. They made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out, and we really appreciated how organized and welcoming they were.
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a cozy, private, and scenic spot to unwind!

Beautiful place, cute goats and welcoming owners. We were notified that the place was not ready for us yet, as we booked a place a bit too late. Making the host ( Rachel and her husband) worried that it will not be up to our standard. Matter of fact, it was beyond our expectations regardless. They provided us with a nice grill, water and a clean table, they even wanted to give us some fresh eggs! Hope to come visit soon again, as we were not able to thank you in person. Thank you very much!

Great Site and hosts! With only being a short drive from Edmonton, this is a hidden gem. Kara and Dan are quick to respond to inquiries and requests. The grounds are clean, well maintained, and vibrant. The water feature is aerated so the is no stagnant water smell. The wood totes are of a good size for the cost and come with some kindling. The wood was cut into good size pieces and dry! The farm fresh eggs were some of the best eggs I've had in a while with large yolks.
The campsites are well spaced out with some co-located for groups. There is obvious signs of improvement and tree planting which speaks to Kara and Dan's dedication to being great hosts.
I camped with a large group and a dog which needed 2 sites. Kara and Dan made great suggestions which improved our experience.
I look forward to booking next season.
