Since then, we’ve made many changes out there, we now have a guest cabin that used to be a Teacheridge (back when teachers would live in a one room building beside the school), eventually it was turned into a cafe and now it sits on our land as a guest cabin. This place is so magical. With a quarter section of land I grew up running through the forest with my friends and learning about what the land has to offer. My parents have spent every spare weekend out there making this paradise into what it is today. All the buildings were created by my family through labour and love. The added touches to this stay made it a perfect romantic weekend getaway. The old woodfire place that was perfect to cook in, the decorative wall hangings, the added extra coffees and hot chocolates, all the plates and silverware you will need. The outdoor fire pit, the picnic table underneath decorative lights. It was a magical weekend for two adults and a pup. Only a short drive outside of Edmonton and easy to find. ( 1 hour ) Highly recommend and look forward to going back.

If you need a quiet, peaceful place with a beautiful house, I highly recommend it. The owner is very welcoming. The house is clean, cozy, and warm. There is a stove you can light yourself. There is a fire pit outside. It was ready to use when we arrived.

Our stay at this cabin was absolutely wonderful! 😍The place felt so cozy and welcoming — everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. You can tell how much love and care went into every little detail.🥹😍 The nature around is stunning, and we truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The host was incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. We were especially touched by the little treats — the marshmallows and cookies were such a sweet surprise (and so delicious!). Thank you also for the oatmeal — it made our morning breakfast perfect.🫣 My husband and I had the most relaxing and happy time here. We’ll definitely come back again!😊

We were pleasantly surprised by how lovely the cabin was. Kara and Dan was also very nice in letting us setup a surprise proposal for my sister. The place was peaceful and quiet. It was a perfect place to unwind. The stars were beautiful at night. Would also mention that I was kinda hesitant on using the porta potty but to my surprise it was very clean unlike other porta potties I've seen in other camping areas. It's a great place to go to when you want to have a getaway that's not too far from the city. Would definitely come back!

We had such a wonderful stay at this cabin! The place is amazing, quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. Guillermo, their lovely dog, was a highlight of the trip. He gave us a little “tour” of the property and played happily with our dog, who was thrilled to run off-leash. Kerry is a fantastic host, always quick to answer our questions and make us feel welcome. We truly enjoyed our time here and are already planning our next visit this winter.

My partner and I absolutely loved the cabin. Beautiful details, comfortable bed, nice touches and everything you need to set up a little camp kitchen on the porch. The property is beautiful, the cabin is surrounded by trees. The little outhouse is very cute and does not smell like an outhouse because of the composting toilet. It even has a bag shower. I wish we could have stayed longer, I hope we'll be back!

Weekend Trip to Experience a Stay at Go Hard Ranch

Arriving on this land, I felt a sense of peace roll through me. My girlfriends and I stayed in the Tipi. It was magical. The grounds are immaculately kept. We were very spoiled with the washroom facilities as well as the outdoor kitchen. The beds were extremely comfortable with soft linen and warm blankets. The host did not miss any details to help us feel comfortable and met all of our amenity needs. The sunrise and sunsets were beautifully held on the horizon. Nature was all around us, including the cows and beautiful majestic white bull. All of the gardens and flower beds held details and surprises. Dragonflies were everywhere! A short distance away, we visited Chip Lake. Here we were able to have a drumming ceremony as well as enjoy some paddle boarding. The water was not conducive to us swimming in it, as it is shallow and appears to have a vast ecosystem. We did travel 30 minutes up the highway to the Pambina river and enjoyed a refreshing cool off. I would highly recommend visiting this site. I have full intentions of gathering my whole tribe of friends for a full weekend next year.

This is the second time I've visited. Camped last year and stayed in the cabin this year. Absolutely love this space. Very quiet and peaceful. Spent most of our time outdoors, hoping it would rain so we could listen to it hit the metal roof, no such luck. Cabin is well stocked and the hosts are very accommodating. Will definitely be back!

The Happy Hut and Treehouse are so cozy, every little detail is thought of and you are looked after so well! The trails are amazing for long walks, the views spectacular, loved meeting the horses again this year. And Geri's massages are a must! See you again in 2026!

I rented The Beekeepers Inn for a weekend getaway for my wife and I and we're pleasantly surprised by the level of care that the owners put into the property along with the many amenities they also included! Our hosts were very welcoming, accommodating and quick to fix any issues that popped up. Do yourself a favor and enjoy a lofty getaway in the Beekeepers Inn! You won't regret it :)
