Our experience at this location was thoroughly enjoyable. Jill provided exceptional service, and Trevor was absolutely wonderful. Both of them were incredibly helpful, ensuring that the nearby outhouse was consistently clean and adequately supplied. Additionally, they were readily available and willing to replenish our water bottles whenever our supply dwindled.
Furthermore, they extended us the kindness of relocating to their absolutely charming hobbit house for our last evening, particularly after the wind conditions rendered our tent accommodations impractical (as we are relatively inexperienced campers). They consistently demonstrated a level of hospitality that made us feel genuinely like friends through various gestures. Overall, this constituted a remarkably pleasant and satisfying experience, and we are unequivocally planning to revisit next year!

We loved Jill’s little mini ranch house/cabin. It checked all the boxes for our needs and we loved the little touches she left like wildflowers in a vase and cucumber mint water steeping for our arrival.

We had a wonderful time at Fungi Forest. The cabin was beautiful, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was friendly and welcoming, and the entire experience was excellent. Highly recommended!
A hidden gem.

The host was super nice and explained all about the property and trails and how to get to the water. The property itself is big and gorgeous and quiet as the campsites are far apart from each other so its perfect to just get away into nature. The outhouse was well maintained and stocked with hand sanitizer and supplies which was great. Would highly recommend this place. Had a great time camping there

We had an amazing experience at Jill's Fungi Forest Retreat! Jill and her husband were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They were always available to help throughout our stay and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.
The property is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Jill is truly an exceptional host, and her hospitality made our trip even more memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and peaceful retreat.

Jill and her husband Trevor were amazing hosts. We have never stayed anywhere with such kind and welcoming people. Their place was a true sanctuary—so peaceful and relaxing that we didn’t feel like leaving.
They were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home throughout our stay. Everything was perfect, and the peaceful atmosphere made it a wonderful place to unwind and recharge.
We will definitely be visiting again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with wonderful hosts.
I can’t express enough what a wonderful stay we had! We stayed in the hobbit house & there wasn’t a thing I could think of that wasn’t provided for our use. The hostess/host go above & beyond with their hospitality & the pride of this property really shows with all of the lovely details & care that’s been put in. We will definitely be returning & I highly recommend this wonderful gem!
Camping here with my friends was amazing. The tenting site is pristine and arranged so well. The hosts are also incredibly helpful - I can't say that enough. We will definitely be back.
What a wonderful place with wonderful, kind hosts. The whole property is quite magical and the sites are great. Jill and her partner were very helpful, welcoming and accommodating. This is definitely on my list to come back to.
Had an excellent camping experience here. The surroundings were beautiful, the site was well maintained, and the vibe was amazing from start to finish. Perfect spot to relax, enjoy nature, and make great memories. Highly recommend!
Highlight of my week long trip!
Cant say enough good things about the hosts. The most kind and accommodating hosts I've met along my travels. I initially booked a site to tent at, but due to a grizzly hanging around and me travelling solo they upgraded my site free of charge for my safety. They made sure I had everything I needed, and made it feel like home, even lent me a speaker for the night :)
Nooow let's talk about the property, my stay here felt like stepping into a fairytale. The property is magical ✨️ everything on the land is unique and built by the owners. You can feel the passion and care that went into creating such a unique and beautiful place.
What a trip! Will definitely be back and staying longer next time ☺️
We loved our time at this amazing camp! We had everything we could ask for and more! The ammenities were above and beyond what we were expecting (Hello propane BBQ!) The cabins were roomy and well kept. The solar lights around the property meant that visits to the outhouse were easier after dark and the central camp kitchen area was perfect when the may24 weather started misbehaving.
I cannot state strongly enough how much these hosts went out of their way to make sure we had the best stay possible. Jill gave us a tour of some additional camp areas (The Hobbit hole is on my bucket list) My wife and I felt extremely safe and welcome during our time here and our pups had a blast for their first time camping. We will definitely be back!

Thank you for such a lovely stay! Such a beautiful piece of land and very unique stay! So many cute touches in the hobbit house. Cozy and comfy. Lots of space to explore and still felt very private. Travelling solo felt very safe on the land and in accommodations. Was such a wonderful reset and pause out in nature. Hosts were very kind and helpful. Will be back!
