Description

Sagebrush Campground is the jam! When entering larger-than-life Palo Duron Canyon State Park, this is the first camp you’ll pass. Each site boasts a picnic table, water and electric hook-up (30/50-amp), and fire ring/grill. Some sites accommodate up to 60-foot RV’s on a first-come, first-served basis. Sagebrush is also closest to the play, TEXAS, as well as the park HQ, gift/visitor center (known for serving up a bangin’ burger), a scenic overlook and more!

Lots of fun trails with views to run. Careful in the Spring, April-ish to Summer season as the rattle snakes start to come about for some of that sun and heat. Bathrooms are a hit and miss, most of them were under repairs when we rolled through. But it sure was a beautiful place!

On-site bathrooms are not very cleanly, but the surrounding beauty makes up for it easily. A landscape photographer's paradise.

You may or may not have hot water in the shower! Beautiful campsite with lovely sunsets. Your neighbors will be pretty close in this campsite.
