Due to council regulations we can only accept self-contained campervans and caravans with internal toilet/ensuite. Traditional, ancestral territory of the Boandik First Nations people. We are situated on a quiet country road. This camp site is a fenced two-acre paddock surrounded on the east, south and west sides with revegetation of local native trees, shrubs and grasses. This area is a fabulous star gazing location with a clear and un-obstructed horizon. The historical Centenary Tower and Crater Lakes can be seen from the campsite. Campfires and firewood available. Firewood available on request ($10/bag at 10kg includes kindling). Pets welcome but we request they're on lead for safety of your pet. Bryton Wood campsite is only 7min drive to the heart of Mt Gambier, 20min to the coast and beaches, and 30min to the Glenelg River in western Victoria. Pine Ridge Camp & Farm stay - we can't wait to meet you! Neither can our friendly farm animals, we have a Highland Coo Nin, & her calf Maisie, 9 miniature goats, 1 Harlequin Mini Meat Sheep lamb, Sophie, chickens, ducks and lots of birds. You will also see kangaroos, and plenty of native birds in the trees and around the farm. We have also on a few occasions had a visiting koala in the trees near our Blue campsite. As a super family friendly campground & farm stay all children 15 & under stay FREE. (They must be added to the booking under children - but there is 0 charge). We have 80 acres of farm, approximately 15 minutes from town. Our campsites are located in a paddock on our farm, perfect for off grid self contained campers. Access to campsites is Via Brown Road, not Caroline Road. Please see directions once booking is made. We are not far from The Blue Lake, The little blue is also close by, and is perfect for swimming in summer. The Umpherston Caves is literally just down the road, and is wonderful for a picnic, or on dusk feeding the possums. Sites are approx 20m x 20m, lined with trees, perfect for pitching a tent, parking a van, camper trailer, RV, or even a bus! You can even bring your boat! We are only 25 minutes away from Port MacDonnell, put your boat in, go fishing or just enjoy the beach. One van/tent per site (unless negotiated prior). Our sites are all located in a back paddock, it's quiet and peaceful. We have sites available to cater for RVs, vans and tents. The campsites Blue, Green, Purple & White all have a line of trees behind them so will have more shade. The campsites opposite, Red, Yellow, Pink & Orange do not have a tree line so get very limited shade. Must be self-contained (no facilities provided, must dispose of waste at approved dumpsites in town), take your rubbish with you; dogs are welcome if they are friendly and well behaved.

This property is located at the base of Mount Richmond, just 15 minutes from Portland. Bridgwater lakes is just down the road. And Bridgwater bay about 10 km from camp. We have grassy site available with plenty of shade for self contained campers. We often have Kangaroos and Koalas along with plenty of other wildlife on the property so keep an eye out and make the most of a great wildlife watching opportunity. There are a number of water holes on the property the wildlife like to enjoy.The property borders a section of the Great South West Walk and you can easily get onto the track from here. This walk has some stunning scenery and is a great spot to enjoy this part of the coastline, all from a comfortable base back at camp.Campfires are permitted in the fire pit provided pending there is no restrictions in place. Pets are welcome but please clean up after them and ensure they respect the wildlife in the area. We look forward to welcoming you to Shaddy gums.

The paddoch grass is cut short so perfect place to set up a cricket match, hit some golf balls around or kick a football. Bit of a story so we had booked (well in advance) at a nearby site either a highland cow and shown up to find knee high grass on our site and all communal areas! We called those hosts and were not satisfied with the fact it took us an hour to get through or the response so spat the dummy and got back online and quickly booked this spot… by contrast we literally gave them 5 minutes notice yet arrived to find they must have raced to the lawnmower and were mowing their maybe 7cm grass even neater for us on arrival! Now there are some hosts that understand what campers like! Bryan and Toni were so lovely we had the place to our self and so also allowed our well trained dog off leash which she just loved. It’s just a small paddock but on a quiet road and super convenient trip to town.

We had a wonderful stay at the Coastal Wedge! The location is superb! Beautiful views back to farmland & a short walk across the road to be on the beach with limitless walking opportunities! There was 4 of us, 1 campervan & 1 towed vintage caravan & we had the site to ourselves which was ideal! The local community are friendly, welcoming & even helped secure some awnings for us when we were out in high winds! Kym is a great host! Communication was easy & she even offered us fresh plums from her garden! The activities in the local precinct are unprecedented! Such a fabulous camp! Thank you Kym!
