Caravan parks near Robe guide

Overview

Road-trippers driving along South Australia's Southern Ocean Drive won't be able to resist this quintessential beach town. Perched on a rocky headland on the southern shore of Guichen Bay, Robe provides plenty of ways to get outdoors. Drive your 4WD along the beach and through the sand dunes at Long Beach, go bushwalking and mountain biking at Little Dip Conservation Park, or head to the beach to surf, snorkel, or stand-up paddleboard. Campers have options along the Limestone Coast, too. Camp right on the beach at Beachport Conservation Park or Canunda National Park, escape the crowds at a rural Hipcamp, or enjoy a unique stay at a camel farm. Some campgrounds provide powered sites, but facilities are often limited, so it's best to be self-sufficient. Alternatively, take your pick of caravan parks and holiday parks, where the powered sites are big enough for larger motorhomes and full amenities are provided.
