Located in the Lake Eildon region, we have a whole world of water-sports at our doorstep. Go swimming, canoeing, waterskiing, sailing and fishing in the shadow of the Victorian Alps. Hike up to one of the mountains for breath-taking lookouts and unrivalled views.  There is lots of wildlife around, kangaroos, wombats , rabbits, deer etc. Our property offers both camping site and basic cabins.  Our Cabins are simply just a bedroom for 2 people in each cabin, you will need to provide your bedding, pillows, and towels.  The cabins are located as part of the camp pavilion which is a shared facility, where you will find the toilets, showers, cooking area and decking.  There is toilet and shower available. We are pet friendly. Please note - THE AREA WHERE THE CAMPSITES ARE LOCATED WILL REQUIRE A 4WD OR AWD VEHICLE, PLEASE DON'T BOOK IF YOU DON'T HAVE ONE. Please ask about the site you have booked if you have any further questions about this!  These sites are not next to each other and are designed for family camping rather than groups of people wishing to have a party.

We have four cabins available if you prefer not to pitch a tent. These are simply just a bedroom for 2 people in each cabin, you will need to provide your bedding, pillows, and towels. The price is per cabin. Amenities are shared between the four cabins. There is no electrical hookup but it says yes on advertisement.. so be careful before booking. Rest was very good site for camping.

Host was very friendly and came down to check how we were going. Heaps of space, shower and sink ammenities were very nice. Felt very private, would definitely return.

We stayed for Easter in Site 5. Access guided by Geoff- very friendly and helpful to all people that were camping. Good phone coverage for people on the Telstra network. Plenty of firewood to cut up yourself for the fire. Our site was close to the shower and toilet - a treat being able to have a hot shower when camping. A lovely property and nice host - would recommend.

Geoff was a wonderful host. His property is huge and so peaceful. Our cabin had everything we needed was very clean, comfortable bed and the best part was the fireplace. Geoff had great recommendations for the area too. Thank you! Abbey & Scott

Family absolutely enjoyed their stay. We had camp-site #4, which was nicely tucked away, giving a good feel of privacy, yet still feeling secure. It was an easy stroll to the well equipped communal facilities, which made camping that little bit easier.

Geoff was a nice and helpful host who went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed for a great stay. The facilities were much better than we expected for a camping site with two clean and modern flush toilets and showers and access to a kitchen sink and bbq. There was plenty of space at site 3 for our 3 families and a huge fire pit that we could also sit around and cook on. Thanks Geoff, I expect we’ll be back.

Great location for camping near lake Eildon/Eildon the town! We were so close to the lake in Taylor bay, which made it perfect for all our water fun! Our campsite was perfect for us, and we could have happily had more family/friends join us! Geoff was great, showed us around and checked in on us! Would highly recommend if you want some peace and quiet while camping! The dogs also had a ball, sniffing out the place!

Host attitude was the worst, not welcoming at all. We had read the instructions and asked questions, but the first thing the guy said was: “It seems you didn’t read the instructions” That after being very hostile with the rest of the group because my car was the last to enter. Sure thing I won’t go back there.

Amazing and place to camp where camp sites were far from each other. The toilet and showers were a bonus and were clean as well. Geoff was a great host who greeted us and showed us our campsite and was there to help if required. Would definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved staying at the cabins, great location and perfect stargazing spot from the back decking on a clear night! Only a short drive from town/swimming spots/view points, can’t wait to come back again!

The campsite is not the same as shown on the website. Additionally, the details indicate it's a powered site, but in reality, there are no electrical plugs. We feel cheated, and it's not a good experience.

Amazing place to camp, love that the campsites are all spaced out giving lots of space and privacy between campers, and to have our dog with us is exactly what we want. Cabin is a great set up, bonus for campers to have a shower and toilet and somewhere to wash dishes. (The little things). Geoff friendly great host. Will definitely be back.

Great place to camp - was able to navigate the wet weather by using the facilities available near the campsite. BBQ, dining table, wash basin, shower and toilet very useful. Not to mention the fire pit. Kept us very warm. We will be back.

We had an great time staying in the cabin with the ensuite. Geoff was a great host and his property sas peaceful, well cared for and makes her the perfect bush escape. We will definitely be back.

Great spot with amenities so close yet still the full camping experience. Had issues with my car and Geoff's support and offers of assistance were greatly welcomed. We have never seen so many stars and the magnificent Eildon dam drive is less than 5 minutes away. If you want to get away from it all THIS is the place!!

We had a great time in the cabin at Geoff’s place. It was exactly as expected with good beds, semi indoor/outdoor kitchen and fireplace. We would definitely stay there again.

First time camper. Camped with a 1yr old and a 5yr old. Great place to camp. We booked site 3 and had the whole place for ourselves. Access to hot shower and a toilet was a bonus. Will camp again

Taylor Bay Country Club Camping
We camped over Easter at site 4 which was quite private. A short walk up hill to facilities which were very clean. You do need a 4WD or AWD so please adhere to that fact as stated on the profile for the property. A beautiful area with lots of wildlife. Our dogs had the best time as did we, rain was annoying but you get what you get...can't help that! Had a lovely fire. Geoff is a great host with a great property he shares so others can enjoy what he has. Will definitely be back!

Such a lovely location with amazing views, sites were spread out so felt very secluded . Geoff was a great host, even drove our Ute with van attached around a tricky bend on an incline . Definitely need a 4wd and probably more suited to camper trailers than vans however Geoff is fixing that by making an easier entrance.
