Loved our stay at the farm. The site was quite private. It was lovely to swim in the dam. There are kayaks and a paddle board there that you can use.

Loved camping at this farm. Close to Melbourne and a pleasent drive. Was very safe and convenient. Firewood is available and you can even go berry picking. Ths host Jana was a really cool guy. Must recommended.

Beautiful land and scenery of fresh berries surrounding our camp site. Dam is refreshing and Jana is a lovely host and provided fresh sweet blackberries and wood on arrival what more can you ask for! Thanks Jana we will be back :)

We loved listening to the kookaburras and lyre birds; we enjoyed looking at the blackberries and taking the canoe out on the dam.
Jana’s farm and its location to Warburton and the mountain biking trails meant we had a fantastic weekend away.

What an incredible find! Our stay at Jana’s farm was easily one of our best Hipcamp experiences to date. We set up camp in a stunning, secluded spot tucked under the shade of massive chestnut trees.
Jana is a phenomenal host who welcomed us with freshly picked raspberries right from the farm. He was incredibly friendly and even saved the day by letting us charge our battery when our solar panel failed. We were also lucky enough to be there while they were processing honey; getting to see the process and taste raw honey fresh from the hive was an unforgettable highlight. Jana even let us pick some extra berries to take home with us.
The property itself is beautiful. The kids had a blast kayaking around the dam, and it was such a relief to find a spot where our dog could run off-leash and enjoy the open space as much as we did. Between the scenery, the delicious farm treats, and Jana’s genuine kindness, we couldn't have asked for more.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our site was great. Plenty of shade and quiet and peaceful.
Still close enough for toilet. We had a great fire and there very generous with the fire wood bundles
Jana is very helpful and accommodating as a host
Took the time to make sure we had a great day picking all the different types of berries available. Will be going back again and try the site nearer to the lake.

We had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed our time here. Jana was an exceptional host — incredibly helpful, with clear instructions for everything, regularly checking in, and even delivering us fresh berries to enjoy, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The property is a working berry farm with plenty of space to explore, and it was wonderfully dog-friendly, which we loved. friendly. There are three campsites on the property, but they are well spaced apart, so you don’t see or hear other campers, which made it feel very private and peaceful.
The lake/dam was a real highlight — perfect for cooling off on hot days. Having kayaks and paddle boards available made it even better, and it was such a relaxing place to unwind.
We would absolutely recommend this stay and would love to come back.

My dogs and I loved camping at Jana's berry farm. Such a beautiful property and the site was nice and private and the other campsites were not visible. The days were hot so we made full use of the creek with kayaks and stand up paddle board. The dogs had a blast swimming and we thoroughly enjoyed the berries. This is now my new favorite hip camp and I can't wait to go back!

We had the most wonderful time here! Our dogs loved it! We appriciated the distance between the 2 other camps aswell as the frest berries! Owner was extremely kind! Would recommend 100% and will definitely be coming back to stay if we are in the area again!

Great site with excellent views that borders on a serene forest area. Plenty of fire wood and clean facilities. What made it even better was the friendly and generous host. Jana is fantastic!

This camp was in a great location close to
Puffing Billy. The hosts were easy to communicate with and the outlook at the site was lovely. We didn't end up staying at the Platypus site but perhaps it was for the best as the weather was less than ideal. The jam is delicious. Thank you very much for having us.

We had the best time tent camping over the long weekend and will definitely be back in the future!
Jana was an incredible host, providing clear instructions, firewood and even towing both our cars out on the last day!
If there’s been rain or rain is predicted I would recommend having 4WD access at this site however Jana came to the rescue towing us out and making sure we got home safe!
Toilets and a sink to wash your hands were a bonus too and always clean and stocked with toilet paper.
Thanks again Jana, your property was beautiful and your hospitality put a cherry on top of a great weekend.

Beautiful little spot, private and so relaxing! Would love to come back when it’s warm enough to swim in the water.
A lot of reviews were mentioning that the ground is uneven. This was clearly mentioned in the description and is no issue if you have some levellers.
We had an awesome weekend, there is a fireplace too and it’s so very quiet. Loved our stay.

the spot was very lovely, and a great distance from any local towns. it feels far away enough to be isolated but also just 20 minute drive if you wanna grab some food or supplies. jana is also a great host and very personable and friendly. would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time camping at Yarra. The place feels calm and close to nature — the perfect escape from busy life. Although it’s part of a berry farm, the farms are nicely scattered across the landscape, so it never feels like you’re inside one. Our campsite was well away from the farm sections, giving us great privacy and a real sense of solitude.
A special mention to Janaka, the manager, who was incredibly welcoming and always available if we needed anything. He dropped off a huge pile of firewood for us and took the time to share his knowledge about the local wildlife and how the farm operates. His hospitality really made the experience even better.
It’s a peaceful, family-friendly place surrounded by beautiful nature — perfect for anyone looking to relax and reconnect with the outdoors. Highly recommended!

It was a great little spot to spend a night and let the pup roam free. Other camp sites were far enough away that we didn’t hear and see others unless going to the shared toilet.
As others have mentioned it is quite a slanty site.
There was only one kayak ready to go, the rest were full of water etc.
