Ideally located on the outskirts of beautiful Bright ‘the Gateway to the Alpine ski resorts’, we offer cabins, caravan, powered and unpowered camping sites for a fabulous holiday getaway for the whole family. With free access to our pool, play ground and walking and riding tracks and only a short distance to the ski resorts of ‘Mt Hotham, Falls Creek and Mt Buffalo. Set on five acres adjacent to the state park and right across the road from the Ovens River and the well known Rail Trail, we offer a peaceful holiday environment, with many things to do right at your fingertips. With a full range of accommodation types to select from, including ‘motel or apartment style’ villas, powered and unpowered camping, we will certainly be able to meet your holiday requirements. This is our first camp experience. Overall everything was good however my neighbor is very loud until midnight and not follow site rule to have fire in fire pit only, which makes the experience drops dramatically. Recommend to have a bit more sign/policy to mitigate this

great location just outside of town. Facilities were great, whilst bathrooms were ever so slightly outdated, they have been kept really well and clean. Sites were flat and the surroundings were beautiful. We will definitely be back again!

We enjoyed staying at one of the powered caravan sites at the back of the park. The park is small, quiet, tidy and lovely. The kids loved the pool and riding their bikes around the park. Would stay here again.

Was a nice spot to camp. Lots of people were staying here but very quiet for the most part. There are two toilet blocks and the showers in one were unusable due to low water pressure. The other one was super hot water which was nice. There was many community bbqs and a communal fridge. Only problem was the light above our power block was on all night and no way to turn off - had to put a cereal box over it to stop light coming in the tent all night.

This campsite was very overpriced for what it was. We were on top of other campers - it was super noisy and the bathroom/toilets were really grotty. Overall I would never recommend this campsite.

The campsite is large and very quiet during the time we visited. I originally booked a powered campsite with an ensuite, but the confirmation email only mentioned a powered site. When I called to clarify, I was told the same thing. I'm not sure if it was a technical issue or something else. After a few phone calls, we were given another powered site with an ensuite within walking distance. The other facilities were okay—there's a small playground and a swimming pool.

Overall its a nice campground close to nature and wildlife . But we booked unsuite grassite , and we got our arrival instructions on that day it was only a powered site . when we rang up the host we experience a very grumpy lady on the phone who told us we just paid for powered site . But clearly we paid unsuuite site . And it was the start of school holidays thats why she didnt want to give us the unsuite site . In general the campground facilities need upgrade and there is no camp kitchen .

We had a very peaceful and enjoyable stay. Facilities were very basic and would be inadequate with more campers. Cabins and vans look like they need serious modernizing. But for our week it was a very pleasant stay.

The service was really good, the lady was kind and helpful to change our site, but the reason why we changed it is because the grounds are very hard and we couldn’t pin down our tents. The facilities are great, and they made an effort to clean, but the size of the spaces is really tight and not spacious. There was also very loud and drunk people booked not far from us that were roudy until 3am and while it is not the fault of the site, more explicit methods - such as clear signs of quiet after 10pm and/or ways for people to complain about the noise - would have helped.

Great price and great facilities. The camp kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery, crockery - even a coffee pot. It has a toaster and microwave, as well as the barbeque. Even though we had an unpowered site, we could have charged our phones in the kitchen or at any of the other barbeques. The pool was lovely and everything was kept clean. The only downside was the location beside the road. But for an almost glamping experience (byo tent and sleeping stuff), it was excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Campsite a bit smaller and amenities were a fair hike away (we were at the end of the block in all fairness). Amenities were a little run down but all worked well. Campsite mostly clean and was a 5-10 min drive out of town

Easy going, peaceful and spacious even over a long weekend! Really enjoyed our time overall, and appreciated using clean communal BBQ’s & toilet/showers. Will be returning next year with the whole family for sure!

The place was nice enough and well kept. The managers were fine but not overly friendly nor did they show us where any of the ammenities were. However the other residents did and were quite helpful. Good overall amenities, nice camp kitchen. On a busy road, but with a decent view. Close to, but just out of town.
