Earn this patch by being the first to spend a night outside at a new Hipcamp.
Come stay in our lush front paddock with a beautiful glistening dam! (When there’s rain.) Your next-door neighbours will be our friendly Highland cows. You may also see sheep, ducks, birds, donkeys, and other farm animals. Fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves, as it is only a short 10–15 minute walk to the local surf beach or a 5-minute walk to the lagoon. It’s only a short 30-minute drive to Hobart CBD, where you can check out beautiful cafés or the MONA Art Museum. Enjoy the beautiful scenery all around, and if you bring your bike or horses along, you can ride the Tangara Trail for kilometres. Don’t forget to collect your fresh farm eggs and firewood from the gate, then enjoy some nature time by the fire while gazing at the sky full of stars. WE HAVE 2 SEPARATE OPTIONS: Horse Lovers Package: Includes indoor arena hire, a holding paddock for your horse, and use of all the trails (including beach riding). A perfect getaway for horse lovers who want to bring their beloved horses along. Please enquire for costs and conditions for this package.
