Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
Peaceful and rural, located just off the main highway between Hobart and Huonville. Twenty five minutes from CBD A short distance to rejoin the highway, with a nearby hotel offering meals if desired. Camp fire permitted in designated fire drums. $10 for a drum of wood (cash) Guests preferred be fully self-contained with their own toilet and shower facilities, and all waste must be taken upon departure. There are tent spots with the new compost toilet in working order. Pets are allowed but must remain on a leash. Longley is 30 minutes from Hobart and can be reached either via the Huon Road, which continues past Kunanyi/Mount Wellington, or via the highway through Kingston.
