Peaceful and rural, located just off the main highway between Hobart and Huonville. Twenty five minutes from CBD A short distance to rejoin the highway, with a nearby hotel offering meals if desired. Camp fire permitted in designated fire drums. Purchase a drum of wood $15 or cash 4 camp sites. Pines, Myrtle, Gums and Tea tree. Guests preferred be fully self-contained with their own toilet and shower facilities, and all waste must be taken upon departure. There are tent spots with the new compost toilet in working order. Pets are allowed but must remain on a leash. Longley is 30 minutes from Hobart and can be reached either via the Huon Road, which continues past Kunanyi/Mount Wellington, or via the highway through Kingston.

We actually stayed at site 4 down the back which suited us better. Handy spot to do all we wanted in Hobart. Great to come back in evenings to a fire and peace and quiet.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay, peaceful, plenty of room to stretch out and relax, also a great spot to set a base and travel out exploring knowing your van is being left in a secure location.

The farm is an amazing property and so secluded. Ann was a such a great host ,nothing was too much trouble and great communication. Would definitely stay there again.

Site 2 Myrtle
This gorgeous little hippy oasis was such a wholesome addition to our trip. The seemingly untouched, yet well cared for, pocket of the forest had a whimsical, enchanted feeling about it. We wish that we could have stayed more than just one night, but it was a deep inhale of fresh, mountain air we needed before hitting the road again. Ann was also quite helpful with best/ most scenic route for us to take up north.

Lovely spot, beautiful views. Lots of work is going into setting it up. It is a good flat site for a small van/camper etc. (we didn’t get to see the other sites). The toilet is a highlight - very quirky!

Lovely spot just off the highway as we came back from Bruny Island. Peaceful night in a beautiful bit of land. Ann was super attentive on arrival and there is new signage popping up to make finding sites easy peasy.

Ann is a great host. Good, affordable accommodation for the area. One of the few places that allows tent set ups. We were very comfortable staying here.

Annie was very sweet and she had a spot for us. However, it was hard finding the place since the address wasn't updated on the website. It'd be great having a nice set up where to cook. Having showers is a plus! Even if it's a bit more expensive. Overall, the place is big and near Hobart.
