Enjoy modern amenities including hot showers, full flushing toilets, clean facilities, Wi-Fi, potable water and an RV dump point. Natural setting, proper comfort. 💚 Camping That Gives Back We’re a not-for-profit community property. Every stay supports inclusive programs and practical support for people doing it tough. When you camp here, you’re part of something meaningful. 🏡 A Living Community Site Cooinda is an active, purpose-led property. At times, organised retreats, school camps or community programs may operate in separate areas of the grounds. Site 1 - Powered and Pet Enclosure
Had a great stay at Cooinda! Definitely recommend the fenced sites if you have pets or little ones. It was a nice change not to have to worry about my bub wandering out on to the road like most campgrounds. The view was also amazing and facilities were clean. We did have a lot of wasps swarm in while cooking in the evening, that’s nature! But I’d definitely check in on that first if you have allergies. I also wish I realised that groups also use the property. While our site was away from the groups they were quite noisy. The school camps were having a great time in the mornings and evenings which was fine but the footy club blasting music past 10.30pm was a little unexpected. No one’s fault, I just didn’t realise they would be there and it was a bit tricky getting the little one to sleep lol. Overall it’s a beautiful property and we had a great time, would recommend 🙂

A very peaceful place to stay. Beautiful views over the Ocean, and at night the sound of the Ocean is very relaxing. A few good walking trails around. Good facilities. Uneven ground, and a number of slopes, so could be challenging if you have mobility issues. A great place to stay.

We loved our site at Cooinda ! Amazing view , close to town facilities Plenty of native birds to watch This is a not for profit company and although there were groups of children present it did not effect our peaceful stay at all I would highly recommend this site !

This was an amazing place to stay really pretty views, nice and quiet, close drive to everything you could wish for! As a young solo female traveller I felt really safe! Ammenities were more than amazing, really clean and comfortable! Hopefully I get to come back and stay shortly!

Lovely and quiet site, not far from Victor harbor. Kitchen is good, toilets and showers are extremely clean and nice. Needed a bit of help with the power , the owner was there in less then 10. Super nice !

My friends and I went there for one night, it was a beautiful place with nice views, we loved the fact that the water is drinkable. Amenities are nice and clean. And for me as a pet owner I felt very happy to have my dog free and save in the in site.

Absolutely great spot with phenomenal views and amazing facilities - hot showers, kitchen, fridge, toilets, etc. Super close to the main town but also further away enough so you feel close to nature. We booked site 3a which is powered as I needed access to my laptop. Would happily stay here again.

Cooinda was an amazing place to stay, awesome views, grest atmosphere. The fenced area was awesome for the children a the dog. It allowed us to relax knowing they were all safe. The different types of camp sites or cabins to stay in offers so many options when planning our next holiday. Close to town to go shopping and outings. We are diffenantly going to book again. Close to the kids grandma for her to spend time with the kids and for us to have time with out the kids..

Having a fenced enclosed campsite made our stay such a pleasure, dog could roam around our plot at his leisure and we didn't have to worry about him always being on a lead or tied up. Also didn't need to worry about people taking short cuts through our site and startling the dog. our dog is a 66kg protector so this site-5- was perfect

We had a great time camping at Cooinda Retreats! We had site 7 which was a perfect size, with lovely grass and a beautiful view. We utilised the amenities including the camping kitchen, showers and toilets, everything was very clean and spacious! The staff were also lovely can’t recommend more!

It was a lovely clean site, quiet location. Unfortunately bush camp-sites aren't as secluded as we thought. There isn't a lot of space between sites. Nice place to visit though, just a quiet caravan park really.

Cooinda Retreats was so good!! It’s so close to Victor harbour and overlooked the water, it was beautiful! We arguably had the best view in the whole place (E5) we were in a rooftop but was also suitable for caravans/RVs. The amenities were clean, camp kitchen was great with outdoor tables, and the property was very well looked after! Some of the greenest grass in SA! Would 100% go back, very affordable and better than a caravan park

Nice enough spot, but a heavy focus on rules....mainly a long list of don'ts. Most off-putting are the signs everywhere saying you're on camera, including the amenities block. No soap in the bathrooms was a pain also.

i stayed at site 3a with my partner for two nights and it was perfect! a nice big site with well kept grass and taps with fresh water available, clean bathrooms and equipped camp kitchen. ocean views aswell and a great location not far from town or nature! 😍😍 would definitely come back!!
