The property is situated on 50 acres, with breathtaking elevated views of Mount Mee, Mount Glorious and surrounded by bush land. The campsites on this property are positioned in the bush, so that people can have their privacy away from other campers. Access to all bush camp sites are with 4WD vehicles ONLY. Sorry no caravans and only off road camper trailers are suitable, due to the terrain and the track is steep in places. There is a creek within a 5 min drive off the property, situated at Lees Crossing Road. Also an approx 20 min drive will take you to Cedar Creek Falls and D'aigullar National Park. Children under the age of 13 camp at kids prices. Well behaved pets are welcome. We are situated approx 10 mins from the delightful Dayboro Township and approx 20 mins from the quaint township of Samford. Brisbane CBD is approx 40kms away.

Situated at the side of the creek which only runs after heavy rain. Photos are from guests when the creek is running. Please note price is per person per night. Driving into to bush is on shale tracks - fairly steep access into the bush and also down to the camp site. You will find a  camp FIRE PIT - 20/25 kg BAGS of  quality firewood available to order as an extra on your booking for $25 and we will deliver to site prior to your arrival.  Bring your mountain bike to enjoy the tracks throughout the bush, go hiking - take care walking around the bush. or just kick back and relax.  There is a running creek situated approx 5 mins drive from the property at Lees Crossing Road ..suitable for kayaking and swimming. Also an approx 20 min drive will take you to Cedar Creek  Falls and D'aigullar National Park. .

We arrived at camp 2 about 5pm. We followed the directions from the information given to us by Hipcamp and found the place easily. Camp 2 was great for a quiet relaxing evening. Enjoyed the 4wd track getting in too. We’ll be back soon!

Great spot, close to town. You get your own secluded site which is great. Rained overnight and getting out was a bit tough on slippery tracks, definitely need a 4x4 but would be easy in the dry. Had fun, would go again.

Private bush camping an hour from Brisbane. Had a great stay down in the vallley at Site 7 "The Hideout". Got a little spooked after missing a sign, taking a wrong turn and getting stuck at the top of a pretty gnarly uphill track. Spent a hour reversing the van back down the hill with the Mrs white knuckling the dash bar, and thankfully too scared to offer them usual helpful insights that we blokes love. Gave Chris the owner a quick buzz asking if we could camp in a more accessible location and after sharing a good laugh about our misadventure he reassured me that we would have not trouble getting in and out of our scheduled spot, even offering in advance to come winch us out if we got in trouble when leaving. Thanks for the re assuring words mate, we went on to have a great stay and got out under our own steam. Highly recommend this Hipcamp and will be returning for sure.

Truly is a relaxing bush retreat. The hosts are great and very hospitable. Camps are far enough away from each other that privacy is not an issue. Had a bit of fun 4WDing in and out after the recent rains, but nothing too crazy. Highly recommend this secluded camping spot in the bush along the small creek - great view of the stars as well. Camp 4 or 6 would be the most private and creek was best at camp 6. Camp 5 was still great.

We had a such a quiet and relaxing stay. Very private spot that felt miles from nowhere even though towns not far away. Rustic tracks winding through the property with some challenging and fun 4x4 tracks to explore. Thanks for the winch up Chris and see ya next time.

a go to place for off the grid people free place. after all our rain bit apprehensive about the track called Chis he assured me we'll be fine if not I'll help get us out. next day was in with a machine getting the track more sage for the 4x4. our stay was secluded private beautiful. little creek had water and was a beautiful walk down stream, bird a plenty and the sound of water no a big stream. huge fire pit would purchased on site plus Chris and Deb dropped on off. flat area room for the pouch to run around, play and get wet.not many bugs had the swag open and slept under the stars.

I've been some camping site around Send this is definitely one of my most favorite camping site! Close to home but feel so private, bushy and relaxing. Strongly recommend! Just be careful about the slippery part in the final. We drove a Prado and tried five time for uphill. Still will be back!

Great, quiet spot. Luckily had some water trickling down the gully from recent rains. Flat parking spots, and nice fire pit. A couple of well positioned trees for a hammock. 4x4 is needed, a couple of small wash outs, but that’s what made the campsite even more appealing for my mate and I ! Host let us know about possible bad weather before we rocked up and sent us a message to make sure we were all good in the morning ! Loved those small touches.

We loved this campsite! If you are looking for somewhere private, amongst the trees and bush this is the place for you. Our dog loved the freedom of the site and we loved the abundance of birds and butterflies. Chris and Deb are legends.

My hubby and I and our dog stayed at site 7 the hideaway We really enjoyed the privacy and seclusion - we took our 4wd and roof topper on a trailer set up and def needed to use the low range to get down and (back up) the rocky/shailey steep hills - probably wouldnt be able to get out in the wet without breaking something important - the area was green and clean (it’s well looked after) you have to be fully self sufficient - perfect for us and will be back after it’s had some rain and the creeks flowing (was bone dry during our stay - but you can see the potential for how much more beautiful it could be with running water) We checked out all the sites while there and think 5,6 and 7 are the best ones - 3 also looked good! Thanks for having us Chris, we throughly enjoyed your beautiful piece of paradise

We had a great time camping here as a family with our two kids and dog, hard to say who had the most fun as everyone enjoyed it. It was our second visit and the property was just as beautiful as we remembered it being on our previous visit 6 years ago. Chris and Debs communication was great, the directions were spot on and the site was well maintained. We loved the views and the opportunity to explore the property. We stayed at campsite 5 which was a good size and well shaded. We ordered a bag of firewood which was ready for our arrival and was good quality wood for enjoying a campfire. The property is very close to Dayboro which was handy. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get away and relax whilst being close by the Brisbane.

Was just what we were after. Didn’t see another car or camp set up the entire time we were there. So quiet and secluded. Definitely recommend a 4wd to get to most camp spots. Well looked after area, fire pits provided. We collided with Deb briefly and she was just so lovely and friendly, really put a good start to our stay :)

Great spot. Very secluded in the amongst the trees. Not far from town, but still quiet and secluded. Phone reception. Stayed at camp 4. Large flat rocky/dirt cleared area. Nice little fire pit. Fun little 4x4 drive into the site. Would recommend!!

Great secluded camping spot and will definitely stay again. Chris supplied 2x bags of great quality firewood - cooked dinner over the coals. Access required 4x4 as stated in the description, particularly after the rain.
