Absolutely picturesque spot! Plenty of space to set up camp including a good amount of shade if needed. We unfortunately got caught in a bit of a storm but it didn't bother us because the view was worth it once it cleared up 🌤 lovely breeze and at times the clouds were all around us 😍 the view of the stars at night was just the cherry on top. 100% recommend staying here. We will be back soon with family to show them this little slice of heaven too! Thanks again for your hospitality Daniel 🙏

We enjoyed the amazing views, stunning sunsets and sunrises. We walked down to the creek twice a day. Out 6 year old and 8 year old ran up the hill, where my wife and I trudged up, however the effort is rewarded with a cool dip in a beautiful creek and the stunning rainforest setting.

We had a fabulous time. Beaut views, sunsets and sunrises were spectacular. We walked down to the creek twice each day, our 6 and 8 year old ran up the hill. My wife and I trudged, but the cool refreshing water and rainforest atmosphere was worth it.

Hilltop Site
We had a fantastic stay on this property. Easily one of the best we have stayed at. Steep entry but we got our off road hybrid van in with ease (w/ help of low range) Daniel was more than accommodating for us and a top bloke! Great place for the more adventurous with amazing walk creek if up for a little hike.

Ohmygoodness what a place this is !! A stunning, 180° degrees view on pristine rainforest, a ultra quite & private campsite, pup friendly.. the dream! We had booked for one night and straight away regretted to not have booked for 2 or more. The star gazing was stunning, not even mentioning the private creeks on the property. Daniel was super friendly and accommodating. Only 40mn from Cairns, we will be back in a heartbeat

We had a great night camping here, despite inclement weather.
The site is as advertised. Completely private and nestled in wilderness, with views of more wilderness.
We were in tents, and I would advise tent campers to bring industrial pegs for the rocky soil (which we thankfully had).
The property boasts a rainforest swimming hole equal to the best in the region. Pristine with bueatiful cool, clear water.
Daniel was super helpful and easy to get in touch with. A great host. Thanks mate!

Dan was amazing right from the very start and offered help at any opportunity.
The entry is a little steep in 2 parts you may have to lock your car in 4WD, but Crikey is is worth it!
Reaching the top for the first time was breathtaking, the view is absolutely amazing , and the best part... You are on your own! No body else, No other site, or people around.
Up on the mountain, you have a 180 degree view of the majestic mountains right in front of you, and at night when your fire dies down you have the most amazing view of the stars.
Then in the morning waking up and enjoying a coffee with those views is amazing.

Loved this place! Spent the long weekend here with our daughter and two dogs, everyone had a great time. Beautiful views, lots to explore (-we found two beautiful swimming holes within a minute or two walk from the site) and the most accommodating host you could ask for.
