Easy access from the highway, self explanatory easy to find and heaps of space.
The amenities are not new but that was not an issue.

The campsite was alright – spacious pitches and the amenities were clean enough. However, a real downer on the trip was when my friend had his phone stolen from the bathroom. When he tried to speak with staff about it, they just kept saying they'd call the office manager, but no one ever answered or offered any assistance. It was frustrating that there was no readily available management to help a guest in need. While the location itself was okay, the lack of accessible management really soured the experience.

Woombah woods was good for a last minute booking, however it's not somewhere I would stay if I had of had more time to book. The amenities were old but clean. The camp kitchen was useable but no hot water. The grounds were neat and tidy. Short drive to close by beaches. There is no pool, it appears to be old and no intention of renovating it.

Toilet and shower were OK. The location is OK and we like it even if it’s close to M1 wherein you can hear a bit of vehicle noises, but not really a bother.
Kitchen/Activity area have old kitchen appliances that’s very dusty and uncleaned. Obviously not well maintained. Would have been good also if the availability of potable water is also located somewhere within middle of the camping ground for better access to those from unpowered sites.

Site was in an ideal location. Close to the beach and also close to the highway, so good for a night stay or if you’re on the move. Biggest issue with this site was the amenities. It’s not that they aren’t clean (saw an elderly maintenance man cleaning them daily, he was lovely), it was the age. They are so old. When we arrived, one toilet was missing a lock, one shower head was off and that cubicle not usable. The gas ran out one night; we called the number provided however no one answered. The site was too over priced for the quality of the amenities. Not sure what’s happening with the pool either… but that was a let down
Overall, you pay for the location of this site. However, you could lure allot more campers in if the amenities were bigger and better kept

Good for one night and get the hell out of there. The only positive is how close it is to the highway. It doesn't take too long to see the back of it.
When I booked, there was a pool in the listing. They have changed the listing to mention the pool being under maintenance but didn't tell us prior to our stay. Feels like purposeful deception.
The bathrooms were constantly unclean. Hair all over the women's cubicles. Three out of four toilets available on the men's, one without a lock. Three out of four showers available in the men's. One was broken on the last two nights.
The washing machine was out of order the whole stay.
Management were never seen to be there, only a phone number to call and honestly, when your on a holiday, why would you want to be on the phone waiting for problems they were aware of to be rectified.
One of the most optimistic descriptions I have ever seen.

I wouldn’t recommend this campground. Facilities were not well maintained, no working laundry machine, unpleasant kitchen. No shade, host doesn’t mind if music plays up until midnight. Overpriced, I stayed one night only because everything is booked out on holidays

Warning! Their website is false. There is no pool and the laundry has machines that are out of order. Permanents are very lovely but tell you that it has been like this for years. Close to Iluka/Yamba but if you have kids, not very exciting.

Amenities are outdated and sone can't be used (BBQs, tennis courts) at all. Was a good vibe amongst campers though and plenty of room if more privacy required.

This park is clearly neglected. There is no security fence and the reception is only manned for 2 hours a day.
The camp kitchen looks like something out of a trailer park and smells of rotten food - Looked to never have been cleaned. The furniture was dated in there and felt unhygienic.
The pool was closed and look like it had been for sometime.
The toilets were unkept - Locks on doors didn't work. Sinks not clean and only 2 out of 4 showers worked correctly.
Very unhappy with our experience here - We even cut the holiday short due to the condition of this park.

Unfortunately, I could not back my trailer to the spot allocated. And could not get a hold of office to make other arangments as it was after hour arond 5:30pm. So we continued our journey. It's an old caravan park, but looked Ok. We ended up staying a New Italy.

Clear directions, modern and clean amenities. The spot is just outside of the highway, might be good for one night stop.
The site is well maintained and Brad the owner is a funny character.

Good customer service while turned up, the bathroom and toliets need a good clean up because they were never cleaned at all and the male showers were one of them were broken

Not a bad spot close to Iluka, immunities a little dirty but gave them a quick clean and all good, fun if you want to be loud and not have any issues, host was nice and helpful… different kind of people living on the property though could’ve done without the person who thought he hunted vampires and ghosts… apart from that pretty good and a lot of fun

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the amenities and the men’s showers broken , only one shower head works out of five, swimming pool is broken, they could have let us known especially during this hot time.

Unfortunately we were disappointed at the cleanliness of the amenities and the upkeep of the male showers. The place was extremely hot at the time of year we went and there is little to no shade anywhere, and the pool was not in operation.

Owner did not answered the phone call or text message. Lucky that we waited there for a while and a local resident helped to call the owner and be told to use any emptied spot available. the owner on the other end of the phone did not border to speak to me. very rough people.

it has great cooking facilities and the showers were clean and the water nice and hot

Poor amenities.
Pool not maintained with cane toads in the bottom puddle.
No play equipment.
Has potential if effort and money are put into it.

Good location, close to the water. We booked very last minute & communication was great. Yes, amenities outdated but showers nice n hot. Bit muddy from the recent rain, but we enjoyed our o/night stay @$80/night over Easter.

All facilities were kept clean and tidy. Easy to access site and hook up to power easy. If the pool was operational would have been nice. Camp kitchen is good. Friendly environment.
