The camp site was excellent. Considerably close to cafes, servo and the local pub. Kim-Dane was a great host and I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to camp and be not too far off the road.

Our group really enjoyed our stay at Valhalla. The campgrounds are as described and the toilet immaculate. The fire pit overlooking the valley is epic and it's a short drive into Wollombi for an explore and look at the interesting shops. The host was very helpful and responsive. I'd suggest earplugs for sleep as the road can be a little noisy at times.

Fantastic camp area with added bonus of a clean drop toilet! Great views of the valley and peaceful nights! Just 40 minutes from Central Coast! Great host who is more than accomodating, perfect stay!

A beautiful spot, such a relaxing getaway for myself, my two boys and our kelpie. Super convenient toilet facilities and loved the extra touch to be able to purchase basic items that you may forget! Being able to purchase firewood which was delivered to the site was handy too. Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic views! The campsite was just as described. Toilet was so good for a drop toilet. Kept very clean and didnt smell at all. It was also an easy spot to take our 7month old puppy. Communication with the host was very easy. The only downside was that the site is pretty close to a road where cars pass by at about 100km/hr, so the serene silence of the valley was unfortunately disturbed intermittently by car noise. We were there Easter long weekend so the road might not be so busy at other times. Overall a great stay for us and our pup!

We enjoyed our stay here at Valhalla! We wished we stayed for another night on Kim’s place. Valhalla was clean and the drop toilet was well kept and tidy when we arrived. Set a high standard to our [first time camper] friends. Host was nice and friendly.

Great private location. Close to the road but not much traffic. Kim was great delivering us fire wood. Other great amenities available for purchase in the bathroom if you’ve forgotten any essentials.

Great camping spot with a wonderful outlook however didn't realise we would be so close to quite a main road through the town, noisy in the day and until around 7pm.
Amenities were all very well kept and prompt host with wood etc.

The campsite itself is fantastic and the hosts very responsive, they have done an exceptional job of setting it up and landscaping everything with a great view over the valley.
We had a very wet weekend and the site drains very well.
Like others the only thing I would say is the site is much closer to the road than anticipated so you don’t quite get that “alone” feeling and you can’t avoid the noise of passing vehicles.

Well maintained campsite with clean pit toilet. Has a nice view of the valley. Because of close proximity to the road you'll hear cars driving past frequently other than that it's a great campsite.

We really enjoyed pitching our tents at Valhalla and would highly recommend other people to book here. It’s peaceful, clean, well equipped, perfect for star gazing, has a beautiful view and a 10/10 place to visit. Nestled in the heart of nature, if you are looking for a spot to unwind and disconnect this is your place.

Fantastic location and view. Having the whole place to ourselves was perfect for us. Camp area is well maintained so is the toilet.
We had a great time, nice and quiet at night with plenty of places to go for day trips nearby.
We will stay again for sure.

Absolutely enjoying our stay. Incredible view, very well kept site and amenities can’t be beat. Surrounded by trees with amazing point of view, we were there during an outstanding cicadas season, pretty surreal to watch them sing, we’ll most definitely be back!
