Situated on a cattle farm west of Casino, this campsite is set on acreage with undulating hills and green grass. The property is located very close to Cambridge Plateau where you can enjoy a scenic drive or a bushwalk through World Heritage rainforest. See plenty of wildlife including goannas, padymelons, brush turkeys and carpet pythons. Ensure you bring your camera! You will need to be self-contained with own camping toilet/shower facilities and water supply.

Peaceful weekend getaway.

Tunglebung Getaway
It was a beautiful location, with two flowing creeks that merged together at a fork and several waterholes along it. In the three days we were there, we saw a total of two cars. One was ours the other was our hosts'. Huge amount of wildlife, we saw a platypus up close, catfish, kingfishers, hawks, wrens and more. We were able to go fish in the water holes and if it wasn't for the recent floods and it being a little cold we could have swam in them also. Our host Brett was top class and brought us fresh firewood everyday and gave us some tips on where the best fishing holes were. The roads were a little damaged due to the floods, so 4x4 is recommended.
