Such a beautiful property with so much space and privacy surrounded by trees and animals. Kate is a wonderful host who is kind, caring and exceptionally welcoming. The property is in a great position to explore the surrounds of Huskisson, Jervis Bay, Milton, Ulladulla etc or to simply stay and relax at camp. No issues with access towing a 22ft caravan.

We had an amazing experience camping in the van on the paddock site. Our host, Kate, was very welcoming and easy to communicate with, and we were able to just set up camp right amongst the cows (who were all very well behaved!). Watching the sunrise over the property was a highlight. Can’t recommend enough

We had a lovely stay! The paddock was beautiful, with lots of space and beautiful views. Kate and Dave gave us the opportunity to feed the sheep, cattle, donkeys and goats in the morning which was wonderful. They both were so welcoming and accomodating, we will definitely be booking again.

We enjoyed camping at the Wandy Donkey camp. Plenty of space between campers and fire pits provided.
The tour of the farm animals was lots of fun for myself and the kids. The kids absolutely loved holding the baby goats and helping throw hay to the sheep and cows. Meeting the donkeys was also a great experience.
We also got a sneak at some wombats roaming through the night when we were taking our dog out before bed.
Not too far from servos and an easy drive to beaches to spend the day.

Lovely, peaceful spot with plenty of space and privacy. The host was friendly and welcoming. We joined in feeding the animals in the morning — the baby goats and donkeys were adorable!
Overall a great stay, just note there’s no toilet on site.

We loved our stay! The paddock was perfectly flat and spacious — ideal for both our camper trailer and a small caravan. It was quiet and peaceful, and we even spotted a couple of kangaroos hopping by which made it feel extra special.
Being only a short 15-minute drive to the beach was a huge bonus, and we were pleasantly surprised that the Shoalhaven beaches weren’t too busy even over a long weekend — they’re absolutely stunning!
As expected for a farm stay, there were a few mozzies and horse flies, so definitely bring some Aeroguard.
Kate (and Dave) were wonderful hosts, so welcoming and accommodating. Kate dropped by a few times to check in and have a chat, which was lovely and made us feel really looked after.
Highly recommend this spot for a peaceful country escape close to the coast. We’ll definitely be back! 🌿

We had a great time camping at Kate’s place! The area was clean, spacious, and peaceful. We really appreciated the privacy between campsites. Kate was super friendly and welcoming — we’d definitely love to come back again!

I loved camping at the Wandy donkey camp. Kate was an amazing host and made sure we had everything to ensure our stay was amazing. The camp ground was perfect with great views and flat surfaces perfect for tents. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We really liked our overnight stay in the paddock. Kate was quick to respond, very friendly and gave good directions. The paddock is large with nice views. There were about 4 others campers in the paddock but spots were well spaced out and everyone was pretty quiet.

The Wandy Donkey Camp
Camping at The Wandy Donkey Farm was great. Kate welcomed us and showed us to our site, which had lovely views, particularly for stargazing, as well as adorable cows roaming free with little calves.
Kate also showed us her donkeys and goats, which we were very grateful for.

Wandy Donkey Camp is so pretty, it has beautiful views in the evening and morning. There’s a petrol station really nearby too which is handy for basic essentials. Kate’s explanation of the entrance was brilliant. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back again soon!

We absolutely loved our stay! We were in a very secluded spot and barely noticed the other 2 guests, we had cows visiting us every morning, and Kate’s donkey tour is a must! Will definitely be coming back.

Kate is a great host and met us at the gate to show us our spot for the night. The farm is located a short drive to jervis bay which was why we have selected it - and glad that we did.
Our spot on the farm was huge with plenty of space between our neighbours. It's very peaceful out there, although close to the main road, we didn't hear the traffic noise at all.
We stayed around for the animal feeding in the morning and kate gave us a talk about her animals. Highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Excellent!! Private spot, with lovely view. Woke up to Kangaroos in the field, heaven on earth! Kate was sublime, so accomodating, even after a 12 hour night shift, she took the time to show us the donkeys and goats. Will definitely be returning!!

Great spot second time stayed in the extra spot lots of space not busy at all we had the entire area to ourselves. Easy access I had my boat attached this time and access was easy in and out plenty space to turn around be great for off-road caravans. Kate is a good host and her property is few hundred meters from a petrol station to get any snack or things you may have forgotten. Recommended will stay again when visiting the area.

I really recommend Kate property. So easy to access and only 15mins by drive from Jervis Bay. So peaceful and wonderful farm. Don’t miss out👌

Overall, it was a good experience. The site was quiet and peaceful, which made for a relaxing stay, and the owner was kind enough to provide a load of firewood, making for a fantastic campfire experience. However, it was a bit challenging to fully enjoy the site due to the large amount of cow manure. I understand it’s a working farm, and perhaps I could have chosen a better spot to set up camp, but a cleaner site would have made the experience even better. That said, I’d consider coming back in the hope of improved conditions.

Couldn’t recommend the Donkey camp enough.
Kate was very accommodating, checking in on us during our stay and making sure everything was perfect.
Lovely setting in the paddock with tons of space for your setup and loved all the animals on the farm! :)

Oh, it was wonderful and peaceful to rest on Kate's farm. 🥰🏡 She gave us detailed instructions on where to stay and was in touch when we asked for more information. 😇👍 This Extra spot turned out to be a huge flat meadow with several trees. 🌳🌲 The sky was unforgettably beautiful and starry, which is what we often lack in the city bustle and noise of cities. ✨🌃 Kate is a good host and in the morning she asked how we rested, she introduced us to the amazing four-legged residents and friends of her farm.🫏🐐🐕 We definitely thank her for an amazing vacation and recommend this place to all travelers! 💯👍✈️

After a very short drive off the highway and a super friendly chat with Kate we were setting up our camper trailer on lush green grass. Plenty of flat space made it all so simple.
Perfect combo of convenience for
1) checking out the stunning Shoalhaven beaches and waterways while
2) being able to retreat away from the holiday hubbub to our gorgeous rural getaway with surrounding hills and friendly cows checking out our camp gear.
15 min drive to Sussex Inlet for breakfast, great coffee and beach walks. Will bring our paddle boards next time.
It poured rain on our second night but we couldn’t tell the next morning, the ground had soaked it all up.

Large area campsites, nice views, easy to find, highlight was the animals that visited (sheep and alpacas). 20 minutes away from beautiful beaches. Lovely host.

We had a wonderful time at The Wonkey Donkey Campsite. Kate was absolutely great, easy to deal with and very friendly. Scenery was beautiful and close to wonderful spots around the south coast.

The camp was gorgeous!!! Woke up next to sheep grazing. Star light up the sky at night. The campsite was wide open and well kept. Felt so safe and Kate was lovely! Easy access and close to town. We waited at the gate and the neighbors were out walking, followed by their chickens. They were also so friendly and chatty. Great to know you are in a good neighborhood! Loved it.
