Our campsites are few and far between, just the way we like it. Each one is private, peaceful, and shaded by native gums. Wake to the sound of kookaburras laughing in the morning light. Watch wallabies, roos, and wombats graze at dusk. Let the crackle of your campfire be the only sound come nightfall. Here, we live simply. Solar power, rainwater tanks, and good old-fashioned bush smarts keep things ticking. No frills, no fuss, just real country hospitality in its rawest, richest form. If you’re after Wi-Fi and modern comforts, this might not be for you. But if you want to sit by a fire, share a yarn, and wake up to birdsong while sharing a cuppa, we’ll have a spot waiting. At the end of Upward Road, hidden in the folds of Yengo National Park, lies The Upward Place — a quiet, off-grid patch of paradise carved into our ancient land. Surrounded by sandstone ridges and wide skies, this humble, hardworking bush block invites campers to slow down and settle into the rhythm of the wild. And under construction is The Boree Bush Bakery, a micro bakery tucked into the heart of the property. On bake days, you’ll smell it before you see it — fresh sourdough, flaky pastries, and proper meat pies made with love (and a bit of bush magic). It’s an honest feed in an honest place.

There are numerous camp sites in this private secluded valley for a group or family. If it be two guests or 12, the valley is yours to enjoy. Please enquire for larger group bookings. There’s plenty of space.

Blue Gum Gully Glamping

This beautiful Bell tent is set up in the Blue Gum Gully near the dam. It is currently set up to sleep 4 (2 Queen mattresses) but can easily be set up to sleep 8. Upon booking the Gully is all yours to enjoy and has space to put up your own tents if required. There is a fire pit, one small table and 2 chairs (please let me know if you need more). Please contact me if you are coming with a bigger group as I have more bell tents.

Amazing serenity. Campsite was completely in the bush, couldn’t hear or see anyone else. 10/10. Drive in is a gravel road id recommend a 4x4

What an absolutely incredible space to camp. Beautiful valley vibes surrounded the camp spots, Troy himself is a gem and shows you around with his very well behaved and joyful dog, Patch. Can not wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time staying here. We had the whole valley to ourselves and it was so peaceful. We will definitely be back for the Glamping tents.
